5 starsWow! Talking to real people instead of being in **** robot ****, where it took me an hour to talk to a real person! Consumer cellular has real people answering the phone, and I'm getting the same plan I had with **** at half the price and was able to add cellular data to my iPad Pro as well! Everyone I talked to was helpful & courteous, and once **** unlocked my phone, the help I got activating my phone on the ** account was great! The only confusion was that tablets refer to an "**** Plan" when activating, so ** needs to tell new users that tablets do that but the plan is really **. Glad to get out of **** AI robot h*** and save money!Review fromRenais W

5 starsI switched to Consumer Cellular because of the incredibly poor customer service with another carrier (2 hour wait on hold then told to call back later). With Consumer Cellular I got a live person, ***** in *******, a sales *** who was thorough, explained everything completely and called back when she said she would. She was also really pleasant to talk to. When I was transferred to the tech department for the transfer from the old carrier to Consumer Cellular, the technician was also a pleasure to talk to and she walked me through the whole transfer process in a way that kept it stress free. 5 starsI just switched to Consumer Cellular and it was so easy and fast. The customer service help are awesome and actually speak in understandable English :) So glad to not get foreign workers when need support and the prices are great.Review fromRichard S
