      Previously had Version and had no bars, often only SOS. Would have to search for a location in my house to get a signal. With Consumer Cellular have had two or more bars inside my home and outside 4 to five bars. Have had 2 of my friend switch already. Got my service for $20 plus tax with unlimited text and minutes. Remind it highly.

      Overall a smooth experience but it did take several calls to get everything in order from previous carrier. The folks on the "switch over" crew were patient and helpful. Setting up the original order was a breeze.

      Ordered online. Activation instructions were clear. Customer representatives are also clear and helpful. Saving a lot over what I had, plus enjoying a small additional discount with AARP.

      I LOVE Consumer Cellular and have been a customer since 2018. I have purchased 3 phones with them, 2 for myself and 1 for my husband. Each time, I have received excellent transitions with service, the phones, and extra items purchased on their website.I just got a new phone iPhone 16 Pro Max at a discount with Consumer Cellular and had a very smooth transition from my old SE iPhone, keeping my same number with them as always! These folks have great customer service and I highly recommend them to everyone! Keep up the great job Consumer Cellular! Thanks so much!

      Not quite a great experience. App upload to new phone was interrupted by security prompts that ultimately interfered with COMPLETE app install. At 70, I really didn't need the extra work required to get the new phone a complete sync from the old. Still working out my less used apps.

      I needed assistance to get phone working,account activated and billing set. Phone calls were answered by American English speaking humans Thank God! Shout out to ****** who helped me for a lot of that. Phone works great and is a great value at the price for a 2025 model.

      I walked into the local retail store here and told the employees that I wanted to switch from *******, but had one concern. I am spending a lot of time in ****** and need good coverage there to the ***** They assured me I would. I got to ****** and had NONE! Your customer service told me that they could do nothing for me, as I was already in ******. I walked into the same store today and the same employees got your customer service on the phone. They now tell me that I have to be a customer for 30 days and pay my first bill before they can turn International Roaming on. NO EXCEPTIONS! COMPANY POLICY!Well, I am flying back next Tuesday and will have to go through the same process AGAIN! Your employees are very poorly trained. I had to buy an esim card to get any service up there and will have to do it again. **************** also told me that they could not refund that money to me AND that I have to have International Roaming turned on before I depart for Canada every time I go. I have seen your company brag about what GREAT **************** you have, and this is my first experience. Something needs to be done.****** *** Oh, the only thing the employees did was give me my account number on the way out the door, in case I wanted to switch back to ********
