    **** AND RACIST We travel a lot and this is the first time weve been treated badly. We checked in under my friends name which is *********************** at around 8pm today August 3,2024. Upon entering the room they gave us which is room 211, there was a family already inside. The room is occupied. We went down to the front desk and told him nicely that we were given a room that was already occupied. He said in a very rude manner that he cannot accommodate us and that he has 2 more customers in line. His name is ***. No apologies were given. We waited and it took him forever to figure out what happened. We also noticed that the other customers were offered bottled waters upon checking in. When we asked, he said we have to pay for it. He was clearly racist because we were the only one treated that way. He shouldve accommodated us first or even apologize because it was a safety issue. We barged in a room that was occupied. Privacy issue! Very disappointed with *** who worked the front desk tonight. Beware of this hotel!
