      Hired NW relocation services through Belmont Moving and Storage to move our items from ****** to ********. They picked up our items on 10/17. Payment was made on 10/20. The accounting department did not recognize it. 10/26 They sent an email saying they still had not seen a payment. A screen shot of payment (from 10/20) was sent 10/28 proving payment with no response. I believe they processed it on 10/31. As of 110/4 our items are still in ******. They quoted **** days that they are legally required to ship our items, as of today they have held them for 23 days.

      I contracted with Nationwide Moving Services on 7/27/22 for $4,436.32. When NW Relocation arrived to pack and move my things they wanted an additional $3,000 to move me. I had no choice nor any warning about this. My furniture was picked up on August 5th. Today is September 6th and I have no idea where my furniture is. The window for delivery is due to close today and I cannot get anyone with NW Relocation to take responsibility or to let me know where my furniture is and when it will arrive. Starting tomorrow it's past the latest delivery date that they agreed upon. Again, no one will call me back from either company and no one will tell me where my furniture is or when it will arrive. It's been over a month that I've been sleeping on the floor and for over $7,000 this seems unreasonable.Desired Settlement:Refund; Delivery; Contact b

      This company is awful. My dad hired them throw a broker company to move me from Washington to Georgia the middle of March, around March 20, 2022. The were supposed to move all my things to my house in Georgia. The pretty much took everything I owned and I haven't heard back. They don't answer calls or emails. I looked up this company and the owner who has 6 other moving companies all with the same reviews of them stilling peoples things or never delivering them. This is not ok, my dad is 75 and they just took advantage of an elderly man. My dad served in the marine Corps for 35 years, all of his thing, awards, metals, all gone!!!

      NW Relocation was sub-contracted through the broker service Allegiance Moving and Storage, have filed a complaint against them as well for their refusal to help. While the pick up on June 13th had been great, I had called NW directly because they had not cashed the checks from the initial pick-up fee. In order to get a return phone call, I had to threaten to get a lawyer in order to get them to call me back. When I asked about delivery, as it was a July 1, I was told that my stuff was still in ******* and that the company had 40 days from the earliest delivery date, listed in their paperwork as June 14th, to delivery my stuff. I have subsequently tried to reach them both by phone and by email, but they no longer answer their phone, or return messages or emails. I had also contacted Allegiance to help, as they were the broker, but they are also not helpful and unable to get a hold of the company either. NW has had my stuff for 40+ days now. Their paperwork said that a delivery of this distance has up to 40 days for delivery. They have also not cashed the checks from the pick up fee either, yet they had had all my possessions since a June 13. I have no dishes and no bed for weeks now and no one can get a hold of them. At this point I dont even know where my stuff is or when I will get it. I am at this point wondering if my stuff is actually considered stolen. Neither company is helpful. Neither has even tried to make things better. I no longer know what to do or what my options at this point are.

      Services obtained through broker.NW Relocation was assigned by Broker to handle our move from **********, ** to ******** ******.On 6/29/2022 entered our apartment to begin the move. After surveying what was to be moved, lead male advised that the estimate would be higher. We negotiated another price (higher.)After all items loaded on truck, lead person asked when we would like our contents to be delivered. We requested 7/15/2022. Lead person advises that contents would be unloaded from his truck and placed on a "freight" to be delivered to ********, ******. We were not contacted by the moving company on 7/15/2022. Several calls were made to NW Relocation at ************. Someone eventually answered the phone and advised that they could not provide a time-line for delivery because the company did not have any truck drivers scheduled to pick up from ***** in the near future. She advised that they have a truck driver shortage. We requested to speak to someone that could provide a guarantee our items were safe and to be delivered to our new residence. She advised that someone would contact us. No one ever contacted us from the moving company. We have called up to two times per day and no one answers the phone. As of 7/19 we have not received any communication from NW Relocation. We have no idea where the contents of our home is located.
