      worst company ever , super scummy and tried constantly getting more money out of you. 0/10 never recommend this company to anyone. i think they personally need to get shut down and put out of business. the world would be a better place without s***** people like this.

      Cost for move $4,932.58. Would give ZERO stars if allowed!! I hired Pan Transit *** Lines to move my belongings from ******* to ********** on May 2, 2023. I was assured by the Director of Operations that only one truck would have possession of my entire move. My belongings were picked up from Way 2 Go Moving **** on August 16th, Bill of Lading with Non-stop Moving **** delivered by NW Relocation Inc. The 21 day minimum Delivery Due by Sept 6th, didn't arrive until Sept 13th. Every box was severely damaged, all of my furniture was damaged, every box had broken items, 7 very large boxes were not delivered, a family heirloom antique chair was not delivered, all of my business items I sell online are missing & not delivered, my family photos are missing & not delivered, artwork my deceased husband made is missing & not delivered, the mattress delivered is NOT mine. Had to file a police report due to the hole cutout and amount of blood on the mattress, looked like a crime scene. My Total damages amount to $9,561.71. The Claims website they gave me is a scam and unsecure website so I am not even able to file a claim. Four moving companies are involved and must have knowledge where my missing items are. Every box and item had my name, address, phone number and email address on a large white label in 3 locations. Shouldn't be too hard to find my belongings. Not one of these companies will return my phone calls, email or text messages. All 4 companies each have long histories of negative complaints. They shouldn't even be allowed to operate any longer. I have suffered business loss, pain and suffering for loss of my husband's and my family's irreplaceable ******************** and family photos, plus have a lot of items I have to repurchase, and I have no bed to sleep on. No amount of money can replace these items!! If I had known these companies would have been responsible to move and deliver my belongings I would have ran fast away and steared clear of all of them!!!

      I too have had a terrible experience with this company. My belongings were transferred to ****** and sat in the yard for 30days. Movers that ended up bringing my belongings 2 months later, broke my tv and Ive waited over 3 months now since filing claim. They wont respond when I contact them. Shady as all hell!!

      Read the reviews of others and it matches our experience, as well. Delayed by weeks, not days, items damaged, offered $105 for multiple items and missing items. We have yet to receive this check and no one will respond to email or phone calls. Will list my complaints with BBB and Consumer Reports. Will also call the company that referred **/outsourced ** to this company.

      I was passed on to them after National couldn't take the contract. Nickled and dimed me for weeks up to the move for more charges and fees. Ended up being $15000 more than the original estimate. Never dealing with the same person twice. Broke several items when loading truck. Waited for tips at the end of the day. Packed things they weren't suppose to with a promise that when the trucks are combined that they would pull and return the items to me. Never happened. Promised me that "we don't want to hang onto stored items any longer than we have to because we're not making money on stored items" only to remind me on the delivery end "you signed paper work that gives us 40 days to deliver the items". When I asked over and over for an update "you will be notified when delivery is two days out." ***************** terrible customer service.

      If I could give a negative review, I would do so. These people are as far from professional as the sun is from Pluto. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and leaving reviews to warn as many people as possible that these people are crooks

      I too have been scammed. I planned to write my own experience with this company, but I see that it mirrors the same experience as you have all had. I think we should contact a lawyer to file a class action suit. I think this is the only way we will get satisfaction for the damage they have caused and the hurt we have suffered. if you are willing to go this route let us combine our forces so that we can all be involved. We could win this!

      This is most corrupt piece of s*** company. Broke my tv, bedset, daughters crib and thousands of dollars worth of other items. They dumped my things on sidewalk and left, never moving the boxes into my home. I took them to arbitration. They were ordered to pay me around $1,000 by a certain date. They missed the deadline. They are corrupt. Stay away

      We have called for 3 weeks. They have our belongings and not telling us if it is transit or storage. My parents are handicap and we need our beds! We need our washer and dryer. I have to was things in the sink every day as my mom has some health issues. We are very disappointed. I am running out of things I need in storage! Including my vitamins that give me energy. Why should I have to pay out of pocket when I have al I need! It was do this week. We have no idea where are things are. I need to trim my dogs hair! She is over heating in her winter coat. But nope. Her hair trimmer is with these dumb people. I am going to call elder abuse hotlines for scamming us in their services!

      These company is ridiculous. Scam not one ever return calls they stole my mothers mom and her furniture. she had it picked up 7/26 and still as of 8/5 no delivery. She is elderly and has nothing in her new home. Im going to flying up and get her furniture . And Federal trade commission will be my next stop and white collar crime reporting. And local authorities. Do the have -5 stars
