      I wish I would have checked reviews before I paid this company. The overall move was fine, it was receiving the furniture that was horrible. Nearly every piece of furniture has damage - including items that cannot be replaced. Torn couches and chairs, smashed boxes with broken items, scratched tables and desks, and so much more it's too much to list. A brand new desk was destroyed when they decided to snap a s**** holding the * shape desk together in two pieces. To top it off, a just gash and scratches was uncovered on the top of the desk upon delivery. Several mirrors were broken, our fire-pit was smashed, and kitchen ****-wear was shattered - even though it was packaged with several layers of bubblewrap and packing peanuts. I expected to have a small amount of damage - it's often unavailable. However, for $17,000, I didn't expect the service to be as horrible as it was. I've had to replace everything that was damaged.- over $11,000 in furniture. I've tried reaching out to create a claim and I never get a response. What should have been a great start in a new home turned into a nightmare. Please, do NOT use this company. They may quote you less but you'll pay more when you have to replace the furniture they destroy.

      Broke furniture, missing boxes, over 2 weeks to even get our stuff. They offered 210 dollars for over thousands of dollars of broken items.Broke a futon this company is not trust worthy. Then they charged ****** to move from ************ to ******* **. They are crooks and deceitful.
