    I was discriminated by CDBABY cuz I am mentally and physically handicapped. CDBABY states it is equal and does not discriminate to normal people if typing. Any slight handicap might as well not waist your time here. They dont care. Truly keep me typing as it's so painful and hard to concentrate. But BBB was interested in the issues I brought up. The manner I'm treaded in when I ask for accommodations is equally compared a pike of c*** ************ is my digital distributor they need to be checkout in the manner of how they address the disabled when being asked for accommodations.Like we have a choice to be disabled.THEY DO NOT CARE AND ITS EXPRESSED VERY OPENLY LIKE ITS NOT A BIG DEAL.

    CD BABY HAS NOT PAID ME FOR YEARS AND THE LAST CHECK WHICH WAS A JOKE BOUNCED. CD BABY HAS NOT HELPED ME TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT OR CONTACTED OR REPLIED TO MY EMAILS AS WELL. I HAVE HAD OTHERS PURCHASE MY MUSIC AND NEVER GOT PAID FOR DISTRIBUTION SALES. THESE PEOPLE ARE OBVIOUSLY DISHONEST AND ARE NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY CONSIDERING THEIR **** FAILURE CUSTOMER REVIEW. I'M AT THE POINT NOW WHERE I'M BRINGING MY LAWYER AND THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION INTO THIS TO REPORT FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES. THEY ARE A CD DUPLICATING COMPANY AS WELL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

    CDBaby is holding up the release of my new album. It's been three months. I've submitted Support requests over and over but they don't respond. They just send me the same email saying I have to add information to my Pro Publishing even though it's impossible to do this through their website. Totally frustrating and angering. Do NOT publish or distribute through these scammers. A waste of money and time and your album will never be distributed. BEWARE. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB and I'm going to drive to ******** and go to their physical location to find our why they don't respond to their customers.

    I cancelled my publishing with them after taking my music from their platform almost a year ago. I have the email confirming that they would relinquish their rights. After the music modernization act came about, I started to register my catalog only to find out I couldnt register the song. These people are ripping artists off and I highly suggest reading the fine print of their agreement before you give them access to your publishing rights. Even though they have an "UPDATABLE CONTRACT" which I found to be peculiar to say the least. And than they tell you on the homepage of the CDBaby Website that you will be getting paid weekly which is misleading and is "FALSE ADVERTISING!" Start your own publishing company if you decide to distribute through them. Don't let them collect for you. Than they don't even tell you that they are acting as a "middleman" with a publishing administrator called SONGTRUST. Total monotony! They should simplify their Pro Publishing and have a direct phone number where the customer can talk to humans for Customer Support because the bots cannot handle complex questions. CDBABY *****

These people are ripping artists off and I highly suggest reading the fine print of their agreement before you give them access to your publishing rights. Start your own publishing company if you decide to distribute through them. Dont let them collect for you.
