    I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Nissan of Portland! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. ******* the sales manager and the entire sales team went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of.******* was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to my needs, helping me find the perfect vehicle without any pressure. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and even enjoyablesomething you dont always expect when buying a car! The entire sales staff was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely invested in providing top-notch customer service.If youre looking for a dealership that values its customers and delivers an exceptional car-buying experience, Nissan of Portland is the place to go! I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning in the future.

    Spent ******** on nissant titan truck and the part they put on failed and want more money to replace it for labor. Another ******. That does not seam right.

    I have waited over a month and a half for approval on my warrenty to cover my engine being replaced and still have not received an answer. I have called and called and received no update, then i was told email was better and im still not receiving aby responses or anything. I have had to pay for rentals which has cleaned out my savings and now im stuck paying monthly on a lemon i was sold from this dealership. I have had various family members purchase vehicles from them and i just feel like im being looked over because its a warranty issue. But im paying monthly on a car that isnt driveable and rentals i have to use in the meantime. I cant afford both. I need a resolution or i will have to get legal people involved
