    I ordered replacement lenses for my Maui Jims sunglasses, MJ737 on 7/5/2024. I receive the lenses on 7/11/2024. Being unable to replace the lenses myself, I finally asked the staff of my optometrists office to replace them for me, which they did. After wearing the lenses in my sunglasses, it was definitely apparent that these lenses were not Maui *** quality. After returning home from a trip to ******, I emailed the company on 7/23/2024 requesting a refund. On 7/24/2024, I received an email from Revant approving the refund request and stated the process has already been initiated. Below is a portion of the email claiming I would receive a refund.We've already taken care of processing your refund. You'll have a separate email confirming that refund and the funds will be back in your account shortly.On August 11, I sent a follow up email to inquire about the status of my refund. I indicated that there has never been any refund issued to my card account, nor did I receive a separate email confirming the refund.We have already taken steps to dispute the charges with our credit card company.Included in the replacement lenses order is a microfiber drawstring pouch. I initially placed this item in my shopping cart, but later decided to remove it. After I completed the checkout process, I noticed the microfiber pouch had repopulated in my order. Being a nominal price, I decided I would accept it. This amount can be deducted from my refund amount, although I was not pleased to see it included with my order. The current listed price for the pouch is $4.99, although I remember the price being more like $3.50.

    According to our records, your order was fully refunded on August 13th. Ive attached the confirmation for your reference and have also sent a copy to the email address we have on file for you, ********************* which was entered during checkout.

    Since it appears that Shop Pay was used for your purchase, the refund may take a few business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method used within your Shop Pay application (e.g., credit card, installment payments). If you havent received the refund yet, we recommend contacting your bank or Shop Pay for more details on the status of the transfer.

    Ordered a product from the company was supposed to be here the 5th we are now at the 11th and no product and the company is refusing to give a refund but in return just want to keep my money. Well that will not happen..

Enclosed, you will find screenshots of our correspondence with the customer, including confirmation that a refund was processed on our behalf on May 13th. The customer has been fully refunded for the product as per their request.

    Please note that while we process refunds promptly, some banking providers may take a few days to complete the transaction. Typically, funds should appear in the customer's account within a few business days after the refund is issued.

    We have addressed all communication requests from this customer in a timely and efficient manner.

    I ordered 4 pairs of lenses and **** shows that they have not shipped. These guys are scammers. ********************************************************************************. order #*******

    Thank you for your message.  Know that we want to resolve this in the best way possible.  It appears you placed an order on 4/9 through our website. While we are experiencing higher than normal demand causing some delays in the fulfillment of each order, we were able to fulfill your order 4/14.  I am seeing a delay in scans of the package by **** as the package moved to a location a bit closer to you.  I am incredibly sorry about that.  It appears your order has shipped out and was delivered to you on 4/28. I've added an attachment to this message of the tracking details.

    Ordered a pair of ***** replacement lenses, was sent an email theyve been shipped but its been sitting in limbo over a week saying only shipping label has been created. No communication, wont respond to email and cant get anything answered. They had no problem taking the money out of my account as soon as I made the purchase but will net respond to my emails and theres no phone number to contact. Never would recommend this company.

    This customer placed their order at 2:31 pm on 1/30/2023.  The order was processed and fulfilled from our warehouse location on 1/31.  **** picked up the package that afternoon but appears to have missed the initial scan at pick-up before processing and shipping the package to a **** facility closer to the customer's location.  This customer reached out to us on 2/2 inquiring about the shipment of their order.  We then responded on Monday 2/6 to this inquiry to supply the tracking number of the package. 

    We did receive a reply from the customer that the information we provided was not helpful due to the lack of information on the **** tracking details.  We then responded I have attached all communication and tracking information.  We responded to that message on 2/7 kindly asking that the customer reach out to us if the physical package was not delivered by Wednesday the 9th.  In the event that that package did not arrive by that date, it was stated that we would offer a quick resolution and take full responsibility for the package delivering to their location on behalf of ****. The customer's order was delivered yesterday 2/8 at 9:53 am.

    I have attached the conversation details and tracking information to validate the delivery.
