    I received their "penalty payment letter" saying that I parked on a private property and did not pay the parking on a date and time. I wasn't even near close that place and was working (I have proof). I called their number that went straight to their voicemail. I left a message to call me back. I still haven't heard from them. Please, don't believe their hype!

    Following the complaint by the customer on Friday, June 20th, we received an email from them on Sunday, June 22nd stating the following.  We appreciate the transparency, honesty and the follow-up by this complainant and hope they don't mind us pasting their email below anonymously.  

    "Hello,

    I owe you an apology. I found out what happened: I've forgotten that I have swapped my car with my son's that day. Everything made sense to me now. 
    I trust my son paid his due.

    Thank you for your understanding."

    The companies machine messed up and printed the wrong parking pass. I came back to a ticket on my shield. When contacted to resolve the issue I offered to pay the difference that the machine messed up multiple times. Their response was to tell me to go and take a photo of the machine to prove it messed up. When I asked why I'm being asked to do their job or if they'd be compensating me for the drive time, gas, and milage to go and do the task they told me to file a complaint with the City.

    We investigated this and reviewed all the emails received and sent to this customer.  Customer told us that he bought a ticket from the machine for six hours of parking.  Looking at the pic of the ticket customer provided, they bought a ticket for one hour of parking at $6 and received a penalty 3 hours after the ticket had expired.  The payment station at this location only sells one-hour, two-hours, all day and 24-hour rates (any duration over 2 hours is the same as all day cost therefor no 3, 4, 5,6 ...)

    We explained this to the customer repeatedly but he insisted that while the machine is not programmed to sell 6 hours of parking, it does.  We provided screenshots of the programming to the customer and reiterated that a ****** rate is not programmed and the payment station simply can't issue such ticket but the customer still insisted at which point we offered that they could go back to the machine and verify that it does not have a 6-hour option.

    I selected the option that had 6h on it after going to custom hours. Argue all you want and try to claim anything you want that's what happened. You're company has the worst customer service. I was polite and offered to pay the difference for the mess up of your machine multiple times.

    It is hard to believe that a parking lot would ticket cars with handicap placards. My ticket expired at 7:31 & I got a parking ticket at 7:42. As if they were waiting to ticket my car. I have a major disability and it took me a half hour to just walk to the restaurant. There is no signage saying that they do not honor the City's handicap parking rules. I followed all the instructions and still got a ticket.

    We are sorry that you received a penalty notice for overtime **********************. Should you have an expired ********************** session when you are parked in a **************** street ********************** space, you would also receive a ticket. 

    Please also note that our *** signs have language on them advising that *** ********************** is not free and we operate in compliance with the **************** 'Pay and Park' charter 7.25.

    On 02/07/23: The automated system over-charged me more.NOTE: This also happened to a co-worker on an earlier date.-I pointed this out to the attendant, who said to call their office.-I called the office & was sent a link to file a complainant/refund request. Which I completed that same day.Then on Tuesday, 02/28, I called for an update. Was told that she would look into this, as their system is currently down & she would get back to me within ***** hrs. As of 03/10, I have heard back. And did not get the refund.

    Their app failed to process my payment. I was thirty minutes away from the parking area and could not return in time to pay in person at the station. The app worked just a few minutes after my first hour was up and I was ticketed in those few minutes. Their own app failed and I was penalized for it. I reached out and their response was **** and completely unhelpful for a problem with their own payment system. I would heavily caution against using their services

    I have an oversized vehicle that took up more than one spot. There was ample parking and I purchased a ticket for my vehicle and had it clearly displayed. I was fully parked within lines and was not obstructing any other vehicles or traffic. There is no signage stating that no over sized vehicles were not allowed. Given history with parking ******* of ******** that was posted on ticket booth, you cannot park twice. I received a ticket, and then they also added a $4 admin fee when paying it. I tried to contest the ticket. I had facts, pictures, and asked questions on if the booth is capable of issuing multiple tickets for same vehicle at same time which they refused to answer. Given lack of signage, system limitations, and common curiosity parking, I never should have received the ticket. When working on the dispute, responses were very short, missing pieces of information, delayed at times in responses, and required several days of back and forth to still get no where. This is a sham of a ******* especially when they claim customer service as one of their values.

    I parked in a parking lot for a restaurant, in the front of said restaurant. The business had a mural with no signage saying that it was a pay to park lot. I went in for 20min to eat and had a ticket when I came out. The ticket was for $54.. $44 for their penalty and $10 for the parking. Went online to pay and they wanted to charge a further $4 as a convenience fee for paying online. This company rips people off by not having adequate signage, charging exorbitant fees and trying to grab more money when people try to pay their ****. Would have given zero stars if possible
