    Reef parking operates a lot at **************************************************************. It is listed as a *********** Parking Lot #**. They regularly charge customers multiple times using their online phone app. Recently, I attempted to pay using the mobile app and was told by the app the payment failed. They next day I was charged for parking 9 times (total of $100). I called their phone line for assistance to challenge the charges. They claimed that only 7 charges were able to be refunded. The call center operator issued a refund.In addition, the online website for *********** Parking (****************************************************************************************************) lists the fees for this lot as a maximum of $8.50 per day. The application charges $11.50 per 12 hours plus a $1.00 fee for a total of $12.50. Reef is a deceptive vendor

    We rented a space in lot #** to open a food truck and put $920 deposit which support to be refunded at the end of contract. Our contract was end on 12/31/2022 but they kept delaying refund my deposit. Last email I received from them was on 4/10/2023 asking giving them 1 week because their company was restructuring. However until now they still not refund my money or giving me an answer. Their manager *********************** and ********************* kept ignoring my email and keeping my money.

    I signed up for parking at my building for $175/month starting May first at the ***************** in ********, **. Prior to May first, I made my first payment to cover the month of May. At this time, I was not aware of any autopay arrangement made for future payments. On May 31st, 2023, I was notified from my bank that the parking company attempted to pull my parking payment for the moth of June. There was no money in my account at this time. I was confused because my parking payment is not due until the first of the month, and I had not signed up for autopay. I made my parking payment early the next day, on 6/1/23. This is the date my payment was due, and it was paid in full. On 6/18/23, I receive my invoice for July parking. There is a $25 returned payment fee. I emailed the woman who signed me up for my monthly parking named ******* and asked why I was billed this fee, how I was enrolled in autopay, and why the company tried to pull my payment early. ******* sent me screenshots of my own emails saying I signed up online, which I did, but there is no place for me to approve that I was enrolling in autopay. There is one TINY note on the whole website that tells you that you are enrolling just by making your first payment - there is not even a checkbox to acknowledge you understand. ******* said she did not add my banking info or pull the money from my account, which I never said she did. ******* also told me to have money available THREE (3!!!) days in advance if I am on autopay to prevent being charged fees if there is no money in the account. Nowhere does it say this on their website! If you tell me a bill is due on the first, you pull it on the first! It is ridiculous to try to pull it early and then charge fees if you are unable to. I want my $25 returned payment fee reversed and I want changes made to your website to make it more clear to your paying customers that they are being automatically enrolled in autopay.
