    I got a parking ticket from Reef parking in ******** NW Glissan street even though I had a monthly parking from them from my employer. I called them to resolve and the clerk asked me to email a proof of parking. I did. She replied back to me saying the parking fee has been voided. Then they send me to collections.I called Reef parking a few times and after waiting for over 30 min each time and giving up, I finally got a hold of the clerk named ********. He told me he would help but was not able to do anything as he said he doesnt have an authority and all the lines are busy I was on the phone with him ************************************** a notification that he is working on it and has received a proof of my monthly pass. He said he couldnt, He was very hard to understand and I dont know what to do to avoid being punished by collectors. I feel like this parking company is taking advantage of their customers. Im about to give up and pay the fee because even though I shouldnt just to avoid being punished by collection company and not to waist any more of my time. I already spent over 4 hours trying to resolve it . I am asking Better Business Bureau to help me resolve this issue and warn all others who might be dealing with this scam.
