  Predatory... what a great scam. Tiny signs, 60 dollar fine. How is this legal? Just buy a lot in the middle of ********* miles away from the city center or any other paid lots. Put up tiny signs so no one is aware it's a paid lot. Send a 60 dollar fine for parking... Good for you guys, scamming hardworking Americans. I would have paid for parking had I known or seen the signs. You guys know exactly what your doing, gross.

  The four signs are 36"x48" at this location. Please pay upon parking or use street parking.

  This company needs to be shut down. They have 1 sign to be minimal legal and there are no pay slots or anything.! Door dashers get hurt the most because they park in open spots for less than 5 minutes close to where the restaurant is...totally greedy and scam artists..They must be scared because there is only a P.o.box for mail....scammers.

  Hi there, there are actually 5 signs at this location indicating payment is required. We have also made accomodations to door dashers and reserved two spaces just for you as indicated by the reserved ************************************************* the lot. If you choose to park where payment is required and you don't pay, you will be mailed a notice. If you don't like the posted rules of our business on our private property, you are not forced to park here. There is always public parking on the street.

  I wish I could give lower than 1 star. I parked in a sky heating parking lot for long enough to realize it was a place you had to pay to park. I immediately drove across the street and parked on the street in front of little tea shop. They had no signs I could see, a person in the road warned me they are not a good company. I just got back from vacation and saw a letter stating we are to pay over $112.00. I dont think this is legal at all.

  The parking signs are posted clearly for all to see. Failing to obey these postings will subject your vehicle to penalty.

  Completely uncivil and unreasonable company. They do not care about anything except profit and they do not take anyone else into consideration. Im not from here just moved to the area and dont know my way around very well. I was following GPS to pick up a food order for door dash and couldnt figure out why I couldnt get to the place it was a mess. There was an accident and police had the whole area blocked off. I finally saw a parking lot pulled in and ran to get the persons order. I was there for 3 minutes tops. They fined me over 7 times the amount it is to pay for parking there, because i did not know it was pay to park. I appealed and asked that they bill me the amount to park, as i would have been happy to pay for it if i had known i was supposed to. They refused to do anything about it. They were aggressive in their communication and did not want to be reasonable whatsoever. This company is stealing from people. They are greedy, awful, and ridiculous.

  There are four signs at this location stating that this parking lot requires payment, including the entrance. Please observe the postings. If you do not intend yo pay at this location you are subjected to penalty. You are welcome to use street parking if you dont want to pay for parking.

  It's not clear how you were treated with agression. We cannot control outside factors. However, if you use this parking lot you are required to pay upon parking as posted subject to violation.

  This bossiness is a scam, we need better consumer protection. I entered the parking lot to pick an order. I received the ticket fine, I went through there appeal process and offered to pay the parking of $7 but they wanted 44, and rejected my appeal with nor reason. Then I received another notice stating final for $114. Wow!! this is scamming people at best.They cannot be the accuser and the judge, they need an arbiter, better customer service and third party audit. I am contacting my lawyer and I encourage folks to start a public action law suit to shut them down or bring them to better practices.I am paying no fines as I offered to pay the $7 parking fee and they rejected.

  Fiance is a doordash driver and parked here not knowing it was a paid site. There is ONE single sign saying as much. When GPS is routing to a restaurant and we are looking for said restaurant we don't see a single sign. Each parking spot needs to have a sign at it stating this is a paid lot.Of course she is driving a car that I bought her, and I'm the one with the fine since the car is in my name.To top it off she is doordashing to try to pay the bills, we haven't been able to afford the first fine and now we get a second for DOUBLE the original amount.**** this company and their predatory ways. I hope the owners burn.

  This is illegal practices and people of ********* should be protected from such scams. This is our city and we pay taxes. This owner should not be able to bill one amount which is outlandish $60. Then send another notice right after $64. Just made up amounts to charge someone. Before the due date. This is upsetting for families during hardships at this time. I have emailed and called to rectify this situation and get answers-with no responses. Is this the OZ, just pay money into an empty bucket, with a threat that a judgement will be entered against a parking ticket with no blatant sign. The owner should have some accountability for this type of unethical practices. I am sure they wouldnt want to be treated this way either. I will pray on this, because the owner is also a realtor. Should be held to a higher standard.

  Signs are posted throughout this parking lot. Rates are posted online. You must comply with postings or be subjected to penalties. As a driver, you should observe and obey postings. This lot is private property and requires payment at all times.

  I park at this lot often and on 6/25 when I went to pay I noticed the price had doubled from $5 to $10. We were only getting a slice of pizza and would only be needing parking for less than 30 minutes so I decided to leave. They sent me a parking violation in the mail. If they checked their footage they'd see I left right away. I tried to file an appeal on their website and it wouldn't go through because I didn't have a file to attach and when I tried to attach files it said it wouldn't accept it. I tried calling and no one answers and a generic answering machine message says their box is full.

  I didn't park for 30 minutes. I left right away. I always pay at your lot but your prices went up and I couldn't justify $10 for 30 minutes. I didn't leave my car unattended on your lot. I walked up to your sign and scanned it then when I saw the price had increased I left. Your lot fee is for a full day, I didn't need that much time. I did not park in your lot on this day I left. I have been a paying and happy customer until this happened. Please make this right.

  Sent me a ticket for parking and I wasn't even parking I was just driving through. Also documented my car is being a different car than what it was. And no contact information to dispute and their dispute online requires something that you can't provide. Not a good company and just out for the dollars it seems like.

  This company makes it very difficult to contact them in the event of an error. Then, on top of that, they create a predatory fee schedule. Everything is created to cocoon them from interacting with their customers- no phone number, automated messages, and at the end of it all, an aggressive and disproportionate fee schedule to keep you from complaining.Businesses should not hire this company to patrol their parking lots.
