    We purchased PayRange Bluetooth device for tenants to pay for their laundry from their cell phone. w changed some machines around. On their site is a transfer option to move the Bluetooth devices to another account. I filled out the transfer so they will mover the Bluetooth device from one account to another. The result of sending the transfer says that we have to verify the move. I have called for help an service order was created. And no response. After 3 days they email to close the work order with out contacting me. This happen a few times No response from support. I am just wanting them to move the two devices to the new account like I am asking. It is just a database change.

    We noticed that our bank account not growing via ***. I reached out to our account representative with PayRange and I explained to her what is happening. She informed me that she would forward it to the appropriate personnel. ******* emailed and stated that we removed our banking info and started doing wire transfers bank in June of 2024. I explained to her we never did this. The last wire transfer was on 2/17/25, PayRange does not seem they want to help us.

    I have had multiple issues with PayRange double charging me for the use of a washer or dryer. The amount is $1.75 per wash or dry and they are increasing the price soon at our apartment. They have always refunded me when I would reach out to them but now they wont even answer my email or refund me. I am worried that this will become a continuous trend.

    As I'm clearing out apps on my phone, I come across PayRange, an app I had to download years ago to utilize a certain washer and dryer when I was out of town on a business trip. I was curious if I still had money sitting in the app, and lo and behold I did. Then I remembered I had attempted to get the rest of my money back a couple years ago and it was difficult finding a contact in their app to do so. I was able to email and make contact yesterday to inquire about getting my $9.25 back that is unused and will remain unused in the forseeable future and was told I was out of the 6 month window to request my own money back. To me this is unsubstantial reasoning indicative of bad business practices. I should be entitled to my money back as at the time of me utilizing the service i could not fund the account for less than $10 (the app tries to persuade you of spending $25 by the way instead of being about to input a more direct and customizable amount) and I am just trying to get my $9.25 back as I no longer have access to the machines I was using at the time in a completely other state of the country.

    There used to be a vending machine in my apartment building operated by PayRange. I refilled my balance and there is still a $8.50 balance left for now. However, PayRange removed all vending machines in my area and refused to refund my money which I am not able to use. Unfortunately, the nearest one is over 100 miles away. I suspect this company is running like a spam. After customers refilled their balance within a few month, they will choose to move the machine to somewhere really far and keep/steal the money. I will continue reporting this company further if they don't refund me.

    I have not been able to use Pay Range to use laundry machines. I have tried with 4 different phones. None are able to access the machines. I followed their instructions to the letter. Machines DO NOT connect to my phone(s). I requested a refund of the money I have on account. they refuse to refund my money because I have not used their services for over 90 days. BECAUSE I AM UNABLE to CONNECT TO THEIR SERVICES. Did they spend the money in my account? I will be following this up legally by reporting them to the CA Attorney General among other remedies..

They are giving me the run-around.  I paid them with ****** so they should refund PayPal.  It seems they want me to give them my bank account number--Which I WILL NOT DO.  A refund to ****** should be enough. ****** knows where to deposit the money.

As soon as I receive the check, and after depositing it, it CLEARS my bank and I see the cash in my account as "available", then and only then will I accept their response as legitimate and acknowledge the case closed.

    I am only able to do laundry when the application is working. Their app stopped working and they block all contact. There is a button that says to co fact them, but it sends you in circles. They are blocking the ability for people to do laundry and forcing them to pay extra if their app doesnt work.

    This company **** me $70.25 and it was deposited into the wrong account so they stated they would send me a paper check yet I have not received it. I keep getting the run around when I call to check the status.

    On 10/12/23, I was at an establishment that had vending machines that only accepted PayRange as payment. I deposited $25 to the app and attempted to use it. For whatever reason, the vending machine malfunctioned and did not accept the payment. I tried to request a refund back then, but was not successful. I figured, I would come across another vending machine where I could use the funds. I have since not located any vending machines in the area that use that form of payment. It has been well over a year. I requested a direct refund. It was denied with the reason that the deposit was not made in the last 90 days. They are holding my money hostage. There are no machines available to use the funds.
