They do not refund money It's easy to add money in quantities of 5, 10, 20 BUT not in the actual amount you need Forces you to always add more money that what is required When you ask for a refund of the over paid balance they refuse **************** then links you to their sites legal page, saying you have no rights as a consumer Why would you design an app that requires you to OVERPAY each time you require THIER service THEN refuse to refund the balance. How is this NOT illegal?

    Hello Anastasia,

Thank you for contacting PayRange.I'm happy to help!

I understand that you wish to get a refund of the balance left on your PayRange account. PayRange can process the refund back to the original payment source of any prepaid balance added within the last 90-days.

Upon reviewing your funding history, we show that the last funding transaction was made on 01/05/2022, which falls outside the 90-day balance refund policy of PayRange, therefore, your unused prepaid balance is no longer refundable.

Please note that PayRange accounts do not have expiration dates. Any unrefunded prepaid balance will be available for your future transactions with PayRange-enabled machines.

For more information about our 'End User Terms of Service', you may visit our website https://www.payrange.com/legal/.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions.

We thank you for using PayRange.

    Kindest regards,

On the 05/21/2022 I asked Payrange to withdraw my account balance of $8.25. My identifier is 35be399a3005d806 and my request number is 2242205.They refused because according to them the money was deposited over 90 days ago.But I am not asking for the refund of a good or of a service. I am asking for my own money that is held by Payrange without my consent. This is kind of being taken hostage. Plus I cannot use Payrange at all in my everyday life as it is not accepted anywhere. So I would like to get back my own money.

I am rejecting this response because:

    Good morning,

I thank you very much for your follow up.

It happens that Payrange refunded me at first thanks to BBB action.

But they charged me of the very amount in the wake of the BBB success.

I do not know what to do now to get my money back once again.

    Could you help me?

Please find attached the app screenshot and the bank statement that show both refund and take back from Payrange .

I can translate from French if needed.

    Thanks in advance.

    Sincerely
