    The date of service was June 13th. The salesman came to my door and knock ask me if i wanted my house spray for 180$ i agree to that and told him if i wanted future sprays i would called and have them come out. But what he didnt tell me is that when i sign after my credit card was swipe i was signing for a year contract with this company. They were going to charge me 80$ a month. His sales practice was fraudulent and very deceptive. I called the helped line and explain the situation to try to cancel a monthly contract that I hadnt agreed to, and then they charged me an additional $200.

We do not accept deceptive practices at Insight Pest Solutions, but unfortunately miscommunications sometimes still happens. I appreciate the way you talked with me and our office staff, it is easier to work things out when we are able to communicate.     On Friday May 12, a sales person from Insight Pest Solutions knocked on my door claiming they were working in the neighborhood and would I be interested in having exterior treated. He rambled nonsense, then said they would do it for $59 today. Ok, seemed reasonable. Then rambled about interior and other upsales, multiple treatments blah blah. No Thanks. Then said how about seasonal treatments.Ok, I told him to his face, I will do 4 treatments for the year @$59 each for yearly cost of $240.. I realized the math was wrong and corrected to actually $236. I gave my credit card and signed the receipt. I quickly started receiving emails from the company saying I was locked into a contract for 1 year at $59 a month. I immediately contacted them on this error and with great delay started receiving shady responses.In addition, he lied about working in the neighborhood. The technician reached me and said she was *********************** traffic.I would like to avoid filing a civil suit for corrupt business practices, fraud, deception and other violations. But assessing their tactics & follow up communications, it might be necessary to clean up their act or have license revoked.

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. The reason I work with Insight Pest Solutions is because of the great way I see the company treat customers and employees. I looked at your previous emails, and reached out to our representatives in your area. I was saddened to hear that there have been multiple negative responses. It doesn't make sense to me the prices that he quoted you, because that doesn't cover the company's costs, and the salesman wouldn't make money off that. There is a problem though, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention with others so we can address this concern. Thank you for responding to my email so I can make sure your concerns are addressed.

    On January 10, 2023, Insight Pest Solution charged my bank account $339. In the summer some guys knocked on my door and said they were in the neighborhood and ask if they could spray around my house for insects for $99. I was reluctantly said OK-I gave them my credit card for the service. I noticed recently that I was being charged $59 each month by Insight Pest Solution and I called the bank. The bank cancelled my debit card and sent me a new one. Than Insight Pest Solution started calling me saying I owe them $59. I told they I'm not paying them $59. Someone from Insight Pest Solution knocked on my door and asked me to sign something. I slammed the door on them and don't sign anything. Then I noticed the above charge saying it was a debit purchase. I didn't purchase anything form Insight Pest Solution and I didn't give them my bank card. I don't want any service from Insight Pest Solution and I'm not aware of them providing any service?

    Thank you for reaching out to us. I amm sorry you are concerned with the agreement we set up, or forgot about it, but I have attached it here so you can review what was signed and agreed upon. It looks like we serviced your initial service in July, and also talked with somebody at your service address at the second service in October. There was mentioned a concern with pests in the crawlspace in the past, and wanting that area checked regularly at future services. Your monthly payment plan was set up in the beginning, and we tried to contact you when you stopped paying your bill in December, but all we heard back was a text that you no longer wanted the service. That is fine, but it was agreed that you would pay us back the promotional discount we gave you at the beginning if you didn't adhere to agreed upon year of service. We didn't hear from you until now, including when your technician came to close out your account with you, and pick up the bait stations we are legally obligated to retrieve when finishing a service. We then finished closing out your account as you asked, and charged the agreed upon amount at that point.

    We would be happy to continue service with you, but we do need communication about what is happening and needed with your account if there are concerns. If you have problems in the future we would be happy to work with you and find a resolution, otherwise, I hope you find the service you are looking for.
