    i ordered light bulbs 7/24, order was almost $800. website said they were in stock and my credit card was charged. weeks went by and i heard nothing from them. i called several times and sent emails. finally got thru almost a month later and they said they didn't have the light bulbs. i told them to cancel my order b/c who knew when they would get them and then ship to me. they only refunded me a partial amount and when i asked why they said it was b/c i cancelled the order and will not refund me the full amount. i filed a complaint thru my credit card b/c i felt if it wasn't in stock i shouldn't have been charged in the first place. it took a month and a half to get all my money back after i filed with my credit card company. i will never order from them again.

    We understand how disappointing it must have been to place your order, only to later find out that the items were not in stock. Charging your card under these circumstances, coupled with the delay in communication, was not acceptable, and we sincerely apologize for this oversight. Transparency around stock availability and prompt communication regarding orders are priorities we clearly fell short on in this instance.
    Regarding your refund, I completely understand your frustration over not receiving the full amount initially. It should not be the case where you're penalized for a cancellation resulting from our end. Were currently reviewing our policies to ensure something like this doesnt happen again and that refunds are handled quickly and in full, especially when circumstances like this arise.
    Please know your feedback is being shared with the relevant teams, and we are working to address these issues to prevent similar situations in the future. If there is anything further we can do to make amends, dont hesitate to reach out to us directly at [insert contact email/phone].

    I placed an order, tomorrow will be a week, and I have heard nothing about when it will be shipped. I sent an email on Fridays asking them for a ship date and have not heard anything. Now I'm waiting to speak with someone online because they have a message that says, "We are online" but no one is answering. I'm beginning to think that I may have been ripped off. Please help. Thanks! It says I have to select a star to rate. I will change my rating if I get help.

    Ordered some arcadia lights which they had in stock and others didn't. Shipping was prompt. Unfortunately, the deep heat emitter was damaged during shipping. They shipped another in a day of me emailing. Will order from them again.
