    The worst customer experience I have ever had. They allowed me to place an order with a PO box delivery then asked for a physical address which I promptly provided after a week passed from when the order was placed. As we were now not going to be home to accept delivery I requested them to delay shipping the product. I never received a response and when I followed up I requested the cancel the order. I could go on but it would be redundant. Final straw was after a second request to cancel the order they shipped it anyway. I refused shipment by **** I called three times to ask when my refund would be processed and on the third request they agreed to provide a refund only it was $3 of the $66 order. I called again and was informed they made a mistake are would refund me my purchase price less the *** return charge. I only received 50% of my purchase price. Again, extremely poor customer service and they made me pay for their incompetence. This whole experience took 9 weeks.

    You asked us to delay the shipping by two weeks and thats what we did. You have never canceled the order. Therefore we subtracted $50 from your refund because we paid it to UPS

    The food that I used for my pets and kitten never show side effects, runs smoothly through digestive tract, always welcomed there whenever I used to go there at ********* pets supply store. Recommended.

    When 1st time I bought the food from Tail-** supply store, I was not so satisfied but as I used the food for my pets and kitten it showed amazing growth results. Now I can't leave it in any situation. Thanks *********.

    Not sure this company is legit. They are only available via chat, they couldn't locate the order with the order number on chat, then they said they found the order and would let me know when it shipped - it never did. Contacted my financial institution to get the money back. Will come back to BBB if that doesn't work.
