      Witheld security deposit in bad faith, threatened charges in email black on white after we asserted our rights against unreasonable entry. Failed to return deposit within 31 Days (ors90.300). I handed the Keys in on March 28th along with a copy of the deposit law, and got the accounting delivered May 3rd, postmaked May 1st. ******* in bad faith with predjudice. This is above the timelimit allowed by oregon law. I am not going to ague the fraudulent charges quite yet. Have contcacted them 7 or 8 times to resolve to no avail. I even offered a lower settlement than what I am being owed now. LAST TRY BEFORE I REALLY HAVE TO SUE FOR IT

      not be paying my rent due to my appliance and screen not being fixed after submitting a work order September 2,2023. No one came out til after September 13,2023 checked my freezer and said he will return in the morning and never did. Then I made another call Friday advising he never came and that yall will send someone again on September 15th. I then called on September 17th emergency line and it was not connecting for me at all. Then come September 19th I called again and **** stated yall would send some one out and they stilll never came. After the 19th I wasnt able to reach no one for a whole week since they had training. So this is a whole month with no fridge or freezer. **** sent someone at the end of September on September 25th and the next day September 26th I received a new fridge. My fridge was out for weeks I even have proof of when I first sent in my work order. Yall cant pay my food back so lets take it to court. And my patio screen is still not fixed.

      The apartment complex: ************** promised a move in date in the month of June 2023 with a security deposit to hold my spot. Months off asking and they still had no update about our unit. October 26 with paid deposit of $859, I was told the first rent would be due for December. It is 11/06/2023 and I got a Three day notice of non payment of rent today. Proofs still remain in my possession.

      *** 2nd upstairs apartment had a main water leak within second's water flooded both bathrooms bedroom floor main hall out towards living and dining room. 1 vender came that night and vacuumed and ripped up all of the carpet and rubber mating. Jan 3rd to vendors came out started to rip up the ceiling drilled holes around walls to aerate the water within the walls. Jan 3 called front office to have them write up a work order so I can do some laundry all my wet towels and clothes stared to smell. No one even to this day showed up had to take all to coin laundry. Jan 4th called office no answer left message little frustrated asked if I had to stay in apartment or be accommodated elsewhere or at least some info on what procedures where what if a blower here caught fire all my belongings gone told them to contact me no response. later that evening called again no answer left message no response again. If I could have gotten any response or a head up, I could have stayed elsewhere till job here was completed. I have been a valued customer here for over 20 years and don't appreciate to be treated here by this manager that has little responsibility to people's needs.3 years ago, I complained about my allergies due to the carpet that hasn't been replaced in 25y nothing was done.
