      This is one of the worst places to live in downtown ********. My vehicle was broken into twice in less than 6 months in their parking garage that I pay $130 a month for. Both Times a police report was filed because of damages and stolen prescription controlled anxiety medication as well as various other personal items. I contacted management and ask they could say was, Sorry this happened to you. These two events caused me to fall behind in rent, seek trauma treatment because I already have PTSD but these events exacerbated it and made it worse. When I asked security about the parking garage and if they watch it? Their reply was We dont have time to watch every single person that goes in and out of the garage. However, after I reported the second incident they decided to step up security and now they walk the parking garage regularly. Why did it take my car being broken into twice and me fearing for my safety for this to get addressed? Now Im undergoing ongoing psychiatric treatment for trauma caused by all of this!!!!

      I would leave 0 stars if that were an option. This property management has been beyond neglectful. I am currently a tenant of one of their apartment complexes and living here has felt like a waking nightmare. Pipes have been bursting during every winter and flooding multiple units. The managements response to all of this has been deplorable. They gaslight us and down play all issues and concerns. The fire alarms went off over 8 times last month. some of that was due to testing, which we were given no notice of. I have PTSD from living at their complex. The leasing office has a sign that has been up for over a year that says "Closed on weekends due to short Staffing". The manager just quit or was fired a few weeks ago. I bet they go another year without finding a replacement for him.

      Horrible management. Properties are hazardous with mold , leaking pipes and had a infestation problem.
