  Milestone Property Management LLC in *********************************************************************************************************************. 1763 is the apartment I lived at for a full years lease and was left without sleep due to the above neighbors partying all night long during 9pm to 7am in the morning and using their apartment as a paid shelter. I provided Milestone with footage to prove the noise during sleeping hours and multiple different people staying the night with luggage back and forth and leaving out at 5am. I had to endure bathroom ceiling leaks that developed mold in the ceiling and walls due to Milestone not fixing the actual problem for over a period of 7 months. I had to deal with their maintenance **** and Landlord ***** coming in and out of the apartment violating my privacy. The maintenance man was reported a few times through email, on the maintenance repair requests, a note that I gave to him and I saw that he read it and on phone calls to Management to let him know that he needs to stop bothering me while in the apartment. But, always he found something to say to me, knowing that he wasn't suppose to talk to me and acting like a sociopath would not holding himself accountable for his irritating words and improper sanitation procedures. There were 3 different landlords working for Milestone Property Management LLC during the time period of living at 1763. The landlord ***** and the Corporate employee ***** both showed up without a notice. There is the issue of safety living in 1763. We stopped using the small bedroom by the patio and trees because people kept coming there to camp and use drugs in the seclusion of the apartment, I called the police twice. My mental health has downgraded since living in 1763. Nov. 2024 was the last month of my lease. I was left with exposed mold in the bathroom ceiling because they didn't care enough to remove it, knowing that I was moving. Inhaling mold spores causes upper respiratory problems .

  Disgusting criminals that work with criminals. They should be held accountable for theft, discrimination, wrongful death, and operating in our community without a license. They have ZERO REGARD for human life, health, safety and dignity. Im absolutely traumatized by what happened to us that seeking therapy was a must. WE DO NOT feel safe, WE DO NOT feel comfortable and not one single person in this company has reached out to help. The owner of the complex I live in is a convicted criminal. The snowball effect of a power tripping, manipulative, narcissistic maniac who laughed at a disabled person, questioned his disability, and told lie after lie after lie. WE. HAVE. PROOF. OF. EVERYTHING. Im hoping they just do the best possible thing for themselves by at least returning our stolen property. Dont EVER work with these crooks. They were booted out of ************ Wa for administrative disclosure. Meaning they did something pretty bad and pretty illegal. This complex is infested with rats, bugs, stray cats, spiders, and its not even remotely remodeled. You can email the owner at pdxslumlord on yahooo You read that right. Its amazing whats on public records these days. Get these people out of our community!!!

  Milestone property Management seems to think they can do whatever they want With other peoples money. After I moved into the apartment I noticed my neighbors were less than contributing members of society and would frequently see a shirtless man yelling at a woman while parentless/ shoeless kids ran around throwing rocks at cars and digging through the trash. We thought it was coincidence because we paid over $2k a month for our unit. But we soon realized that the quality of the unit was unacceptable, we noticed the carpets were dirty and the floor had boot prints on it, the leaking toilets in the master bath to the rat droppings in our cabinets and food pantry to the upstairs neighbors pouring brown water off their balcony onto ours everyday. Needles to say we had a list on continuous complaints as well as unfixed maintenance requests. On the off chance maintenance did arrive they would leave their plastic bags or trash in our livingroom and one occasion on my bed!! This place is not professional and I am sad that our relationship will end with legal consequences. Not satisfied with my review, Rent at your own risk.
