      I thought Columbia was a credible brand name and chose to place an order on-line for several items. Had I looked at BBB, I would have realized that they are not legitimate. 1.02 out of 5 from 44 reviewers. Wow! 1 is lowest that can you can go, yet they have BBB accreditation of A+. The math (nor the product/ service) doesn't add up. I had 1 item out of an order of 6 that I wanted to return, but they threw obstacles in the way to making the return along with charging $6 return fee for a $20 item. Columbia on-line are scam artists. While I like their line of outdoor wear, I will not be buying anything of theirs in the future based upon their shady on-line practices.

      They display wrong colors and website also switches sizes on you and then they charge return fee. It seems to be scam. I have log of talking to customer service and the pictures of product ordered and received so not match at all forcing you to return for payment.

      I had to give one star in order to write a review. Ordered a lot from this company and returned $450 worth of clothes. They received the return on 7/6/2022 and I had to fight for my refund. I talked to 3 - 4 people and got nothing but the run around. Thankfully, I put on my credit card, who helped me dispute the charges. And finally, today, over a month later, Columbia finally answered the dispute and charges permanently removed. Columbia, I thought was a good and reputable company. No longer. Be careful when you buy. And put it on your credit card in case you need the help!!
