      I received the misleading document in the mail just as many others have. It appears to be an invoice and would likely confusion some unsuspecting individuals. Do not send any money to this group!!! Personally I think what they are doing is criminal.

      This is a scam. Address is a *** store. Received a notice regarding deed to my home. The country listed was a different county and my name was not listed as owner of property. Called my county clerk and she stated that no changes had taken place regarding the deed to my ***********, do not send them anything.

      Scam! I was going to send $98 for the deed but something in me told me to call my realtor, He told me it's a scam and there will be a few more papers like that coming into the mail as a new homeowner so beware.

      This company should be ashamed of themselves sending letters to obtain deeds for someone at $96 when to do so from the county itself is a fraction of that cost. My mother almost fell for this.

      SCAM!!! They sent an invoice to pay $96 to receive a copy of our deed. This company even provides print on the invoice that they are not affiliated with the county in which your deed is held or any government agencies.
