Like the most recent complaint I just read, I got a very professional looking letter with details of my newly purchased home. Although there were a couple red flags so of course I googled the address which quickly gave away that this is a scam. My service fee for them to provide a copy of a document which apparently validates my new property. A property report for $98. Ironically I got another one the same day from another completely different "buisness." Don't be fooled. They look and sound very professional but THEY ARE NOT!Business Response

There is nothing false, disingenuous or unreliable in which we manage our business. We disclose in our letter that it is a solicitation and not a bill. The consumer is warned that they have no obligation to pay for our service.
As per the complaint from ****************** we have not received any kind of payment therefore she has not accepted our service. If you believe this is wrong, please send us proof of payment and we will gladly refund the amount paid. Thank you.

I received a letter in the mail requesting a $98 service fee to obtain a copy of the deed to my home. It states the deed was transferred to a new owner, with a new name listed. My home has not been sold and is not being transferred to anyone. This is a scam solely to get innocent victims to send a check to them at ****************************************************************************************. Others need to know about this scam and horrid LLC.Business Response
