    recieved damaged product and they haven't refunded my money only for the cost of the bag and board. Shipment #********* tracking number **********************. ****** asked for pictures of the comic book outside of the bag and board. I provided two sets of images and she only refunded me the cost of the bag and board and not the damaged comic book. The order included Xmen and JLA Unlimited. X-men was perfectly fine but the other comic was damaged like they bent it and I pay extra for no bend and extra for a Gemini shipper so that the item isn't damaged. I asked for a refund and it only seem to go back and forth with **** and ******. Why refund only the bag and board when the contents in the bag and board was also damaged. Futhermore, I asked for my account to be closed and **** stated that they don't do that for record keeping purposes. In the email she acknowledges that theres damages I screenshot the email from 2/20/2025. I attached the images I sent her and you can clearly see that the spine of the comic is arched and the imprint from how negleigant it my merchandise was packaged.

    I made a list for pre-orders and then later i decided i didnt want them anymore so i deleted them like 3 times. So i thought i wouldnt get them anymore. Now i currently have a pending order and im unsure why.. But the kicker is, this business does NOT have my current updated card info but was still somehow able to charge me. I have left multiple emails and calls to them, and comments on their ******* with ZERO response. They basically stole from me and think they're gonna get away with it

    Hello, pre-ordered a book from tfaw.com I purchased a book from them previously, the cost being $2.99. This time, for order #********* they charged me over $15. I live 2.5 miles from their location. Also please keep in ************* I ordered cost $2.79.Once my pre-order was getting ready to ship, tfaw emailed me. I saw that insane shipping cost and immediately emailed their customer service to cancel order #*********. They ignored my cancellation request and a week later mailed the book charging me $18. When ***** delivery came I refused the book and the ***** driver wrote "REFUSED" on the package and left. It's been weeks and tfaw will not refund me or acknowledge my cancellation request. I also asked to have my account deleted, they said I cannot do that. I'm very disgusted by tfaw business practices and wanted to come here to warn others.

    4/27/23 I set up an auto subscription years ago. I tried to cancel it but it keeps re-billing me for products I don't want. I tried to get them to delete my account, but they refuse to delete it saying it's for book keeping purposes. I also cannot delete my credit card information from their system.
