    I bought the second to last issue of MAD magazine last July, waited forever for it, then after a billing issue was resolved and my bank was charged but I never received the Mag. Three days ago however, after I made a scathing report of this on your ******** page and LO and BEHOLD you came up with a copy (hope it is still in the sealed wrapper) but you never even offered an apology for forcing me to have to keep on to you about it. I do NOT recommend your business and will not be one of your customers going forward. I cannot speak well of this experience.

    Proceed with caution using the Pre-Order feature. When books are in stock it works fine, but if the product arrives to them damaged (or not at all), they will keep the pre-order open indefinitely because the Final Order Cutoff (FOC) passed, and they do not allow the Consumer to cancel said pre-order. They do not provide updates regarding delays, unless the Consumer contacts them first. They will consistently point to their standard policy regardless of instances where more than a year has passed since the book released. I was granted a refund for one title because I pressed the matter, but I still have a few left in the queue that *** or *** not become a problem. I actually liked using this service for a few months, until it became unreliable.
