    I loved this camp initially, but out of the blue they closed down, and we only knew because of a midnight email from one of many employees who hadnt been paid in weeks.To add insult to injury we had to go through heroic efforts to get refunded and they continue to market now that they are up and running while still making refunds complicated.

    Camp was suddenly canceled without warning during November of 2022. The owner variously claimed that the business was continuously operational or only had a brief pause, but would not respond to questions about personnel - e.g. who would be leading the camps. She has stated that employees falsely claimed that the business was ending, but we have seen an email from the owner to her (now former) employees stating she was done with the business. Owner made many promises to parents about camp continuing or refunds being issued that did not materialize. She offered to hold a Zoom meeting to answer all our questions, and never created the meeting. We lost all trust in this organization.

    This company defaulted, left families hanging with zero notice, shorted their amazing staff, and would not respond to anyone for reimbursement for ********** that wasnt provided. Do t give these folks your money or your kids.

    Read the complaint posted on this site- all in that complaint is true. The business suddenly cancelled all its programs in November. I was left scrambling to find a new after-school care provider for my son. The owner ***************************** sent parents emails in December claiming our aftercare program would return in January, then just stopped communicating entirely. We were left to figure out on our own that the program was permanently cancelled. I only received a refund for prepaid tuition by filing a credit card dispute, and received a chargeback from my bank.
