      Business Response

      Hello,

      I am responding to the above complaint filed by ****** *******;

      On Monday, February 17th, 2025. ****** ******* (Taylors husband) called our Springfield Olympic location inquiring about an incorrect package that was purchased. ****** spoke with one of our head salon managers, during this conversation ****** was informed that a credit for the amount of $330.00 could be placed on ******** account to be used towards the correct services she wanted. The salon manager explained that would be the fastest way of getting this taken care of so ****** could begin using services as soon as possible. ****** declined and instead opted to email in to *****************************************************************

      Generally, that email sends out an immediate response message, stating to allow 48 business hours to respond as this accounts for days out of office and weekends. However, during this time I was working out of office for an extended period of time, helping to build out a new location within the ******/*********** area. Upon responding to the email from ******, I apologized and let him know there was a reason for my delay. I also offered a solution that just needed his approval. This was on Friday afternoon, ****** replied after business hours on that same day, Friday evening.

      By early next week ****** had already submitted the BBB complaint and had submitted said emails above. I have attempted to call ****** with no response to said calls and have also emailed hoping to take the time to make this right with her in order to retain her as a customer. ****** has declined any correspondence.

      Thank you for your time and I am sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

      Warm regards,
