      I've been a customer going on 20 years about. Newport OR was my first tan republic experience and I loved and adored as well as received the best customer service there us to offer and a incredible tan to go with.Now that I've moved to ****** that entire view of tan republic has went from a 10 to a zero I gave a 3 because my ************ doesn't deserve a 1 star review.#1 I've now sent 3 emails to the correct address with a automated response informing me 5 business days to receive a response back WELL 2 weeks later now and nothing. #2 My draw date is always pulled when my account is low so I wanted that changed to beginning of the month because every month I can't tan a entire week until the 1st hits and I'm able to pay it makes no sense that I'm unable to simply change draw date and it's come to this now in order to get my full month of tanning package.#3 on multiple occasions and 2 separate locations I've been treated terrible. I'm the last person to treat a staff member poorly. *mean girls ") is the experience I often get and feel there. Zero patience or knowledge of some of my questions even asked to go to back of the line 2 separate times due to a mistake the employee made. On 1 of those occasions my husband and 2 month old daughter were waiting for me in vehicle so I was assertive and let her know that Im the customer in line first ive waited my turn already and will not go to the back of the line my child is going to need to eat and im breastfeeding which disgusted her as her face and attitude said so. I directly asked her what i had done to be treated so terrible and why was she being so cruel and mean to me @ that point I just wanted to speak up and had enough bullying. More than 5 staff members possibly more have absolutely abused their power/control of your establishment I didn't go back to tan until 3 or 4 months later but paid still every month not knowing how long I needed to cool off. Out of room I have more to say even this is only the srart

      I have been a customer for many years and today when I went to tan, I purchased a lotion and quickly realized it was expired so I showed the employee right after I purchased it. The rude employee at the south ****, ****** location said that exp 11/23 on the bottom of the bottle, does NOT mean expired. She said that if I wanted she would call the owner and the owner would tell me what it meant, then said but Im not calling her right now. I asked just for a refund.,, and She would not give me a refund and said they wont do it and that they dont sell expired products.. I asked her What does exp 11/23 mean and she had no answer for me. But told me to leave, and was being Very rude. Said if that if I kept asking for a refund for the product I JUST bought she would cancel my membership.
