Feels like they employ Incompetent Drivers as due to the way they write their tickets (or rather fail to) I cannot deduce if some new scratches and dents came from the complex I was visiting or if they were a result of this company's negligence. When I went in I asked if I could inspect the car before paying or signing their invoice (I had already read the reviews) was told I wouldn't even be allowed to set foot on their lot until I paid and signed (guessing if the documents to release the vehicle were IN the vehicle they'd have won themselves a free car to auction off) after I paid and signed I went out and saw some new dents on the passenger fender... not on their pictogram for existing damage so I'm lead to believe it wasn't from the apartment complex and instead from the tow, walk back into their office to ask who I'd talk to about that... apparently I'm supposed to email the company owner who's email doesn't seem to be available and supposedly pictures were taken before tow.... and that's discounting the matter of having no idea when the car was picked up or the "itemized bill" which is.... interesting to say the least. If looking to contract with a tow company for patrol in your complex this isn't it. If you do business with a shifty outfit what does that say about your own operation?

These guys are crooks! Anything to make money. I legit just stopped my car in mid air from being towed FOR NO REASON. I have a parking sticker, I live here, and parked in a space designed for apartment tenants. And when he couldnt tow my car, he angrily dropped it to the ground hard. There is a man who comes in our apartment complex with a flashlight and looks in peoples cars. They post up by the dumpsters looking for cars. I dont understand how any of that is legal???? F*** you 21st Century Towing!!!

No stars. This company not only lies they also steal from low income families and people on disability with fixed incomes! Then charge 303 dollars which is almost half of someone's ssi or retirement! They towed my friends truck after it had been in the same parking space for 9 dollars due to the fact it wasn't drivable due to a waterpump that went out! In front of the office in a handicap spot for 8 days! The same tow driver works at least this apartment and another close by! 4 cameras on the parking space! Clearly shows it once had a handicap for the whole time! However with also being a roadside assistance company the helps people with various this including lockouts! Stole the handicap parking sign just to grab someone who's in disability and fixed income. Chances are most people could not afford 303 dollars to retrieve their vehicle! That vehicle ends ** in a auction so then they make even more money! For them not to listen to customers and treat them like a criminal! Company claims to have pictures and surveillance of property they patrol however when asked to show they refused! Take from someone on disability then charge such a high charge. Is disgusting to me! Especially when times are hard! It's abuse of not only power most definitely needs to be investigated more! Cameras don't lie! Taking from disabled families is sickening! The only reason why they got any stars is because it wouldn't let me give none! Star to much
