    Very disappointed with their service and install! My boyfriend went to outrageous a couple of weeks ago to get a new navigation system for our ****** truck. (He also wrote a review that was deleted by outrageous) First they rushed the sale and sold him a system that didn't fit his dash properly. The owners manual clearly states the screen should fold down 90 degrees, but his only folds down 20 degrees so he can't access some of the USB/memory card points. They also installed a USB cable hanging out of the bottom of his dash instead of connecting to one of the many existing USB outlets. Same with the microphone. The whole install was rushed and half assed! The box the new system came in said it came with a free backup camera which was not installed and we never received it! Their system was overpriced $1599 on "sale", and install cost $250! We spent $2200 all together and should have been super happy after spending so much, but we are left with having to pay someone else to fix the install problems! My boyfriend went back to complain the following day and the workers dismissed all his complaints with no attempt to fix anything! Next time we'll save our money and go to Best Buy.

    Find any other place then this place. They do t tell you what your getting until after the install. They drill holes run wires that hang out of the dash microphone ***** on a stupid wire dangaling I front the the mph guage. They say everything is on sale but it isnt if you do your research there the same price as there so called sale price. Again find another place to go so dissatisfied after paying ***** bucks for them to rush me in an out.
