One of Alpines employees ***** sold my friend ***** and I a ***** accord, at the time of the sale ***** had told us that the car had a clean title, otherwise the finance company credit concepts wouldn't have been able to finance us. The finance company told us a couple weeks ago that this car in fact had a salvage title, the finance company now has a lien on my friend ******* property and is saying we owe them 4 grand otherwise they're going to take everything he owns.

We purchased a **** ****** Camry from a dealership. When we bought it, the dealership employee assured us that the car was in good working order and on the move. But the next day the car started to overheat. We were sure that the car had no significant shortcomings and turned to a car service ... for diagnostics. After diagnosing they said that a number of faults had been identified. We decided to repair them at our own expense, although this amount was more than half the cost of the car. But even after that, again, the car began to overheat literally a day later. The car service said that this was due to the leading gasket and the best option would be to replace the engine. One drive gasket replacement would cost us $2,500, which is the equivalent of a car. We tried to return the car to the dealership because we believe that we were deceived and that the declared characteristics do not correspond to the real condition of the car. The car is actually not possible to use for its intended purpose. The dealership refused to return the money to us, referring to the fact that the car was in a proper driving condition. And that we didn't have to go to the body shop and were also told that the original radiator was in good condition. And it's our own fault that the car overheated. We have an old radiator from this car on our hands and in the auto repair shop they showed us that it was leaking and there were corresponding traces. We believe that by selling such a car, the dealership employees committed a fraud. We need to get back the money we spent on the car. We have a document for a car, we have documents for diagnostics and repairs from a car service.
