      *****, and Im assuming all of the salesmen here, are VERY shady in practice. Did not disclose major repairs needed on vehicle prior to sale agreement. When we sat down to do paperwork I was given prior service records, with the most recent showing declined service on major component issues. ***** stated he hadnt even looked at the service records he had for the vehicle and stated he didnt know the service needed to be done. It felt fine when I drove it was his tagline. When I brought up the issues he stated maybe this car isnt for you and showed me the door. Beware!!

      They sold us a car that they said was supposed to be reliable and it is anything but. It should be in the junkyard.

      I've been meaning to write this for a while now. I had a pretty bad experience buying my car from this lot. Granted, I should have known to look for more stuff, but I don't know much about cars and this was my first time buying from a used car lot. The car I bought from them has given me so many problems since I bought it, wasn't even able to safely drive it for the majority of the time I've had it, for one reason or another. Just had to replace the radiator too recently, which wasn't cheap. Anytime I contacted *******, the owner, about the issues I've had with the car, he was hesitant to fix anything. Told me he would make it safe, but then wanted me to pay for the fixes (horn didn't work, had axle problems, etc). I had to keep insisting before he would fix anything. I really do feel like I was taken advantage of, the car I bought isn't even worth what I paid for it less than a year ago, and has still so many issues I doubt I'll ever get anything close to what I paid for it. I've chalked it up to a loss at this point, as soon as I get it paid off I'm going to get rid of it as soon as I can for something more reliable, which is what I needed in the first place. I just had hoped I would have been taken better care of, but I will take this as a learning experience, and won't be going to any used car lots again. They don't even really inspect most of the cars they sell before they sell them.

      I bought my 2010 VW Jetta from the *************** location. About a week later my car started driving weird. I called alpine and they told me to bring in. Long story short they had my car fixed in about a week . They took care of all the expenses and then some. I'll be going there again.??????
