I purchased a vehicle through online auction, Then I purchased their shipping service also.Upon delivery of said vehicle I noted loading damage that occurred, so I refused and now they want more monies to re auction and on top of stealing my initial costs and threading to rob more money !Business Response

We appreciate this chance to provide details for transport of this vehicle.
It was picked up from ****** - an auto auction that specializes in sales of damaged/salvage/used vehicles.
This vehicle had substantial damage to the passenger side along with the front bumper not being fully secured at time of pick up.
The front bumper was secured to the vehicle with tape and transported to the customer in the same condition as received (a few photos have been attached from the auction, carrier, and customer).
As the client refused the vehicle at delivery, it was delivered to the nearest Copart auto auction (within 20 minutes of the customer) pursuant to our Terms and Conditions.
No extra fees were added to the customer.We hope this clarifies the matter.

I decided to use ****** to ship my car, and they subcontracted the job to EasyHaul on 6/12. I was charged a staggering $1,763, with the promise that my car would be picked up in a timely manner. I placed the order nine days ago, and the car was supposed to be picked up today.Just this morning, I was informed that the car was reassigned to one driver, and then another, causing immense confusion and frustration. This kind of disorganization and lack of communication is completely unacceptable.Not only did they fail to meet their deadline, but their constant shuffling of responsibilities between drivers shows a complete lack of professionalism and reliability. If they couldn't handle the job, they should have been upfront about it instead of stringing me along for over a week.While the customer service representatives were polite, their efforts were overshadowed by the overall poor handling of my shipment. Dear BBB,
We appreciate the opportunity to reply to Ms. ******** complaint regarding the delivery of her vehicle.
We state on our site that all pick up and delivery dates are estimated and we did need to re-assign carriers two times due to dire circumstances.
****************** was kept updated about everything and EasyHaul also covered all the storage at the auction from the 19th due to the delays.
While we understand the concerns, this was simply a delay due to unforeseen circumstances however it was rectified, storage fees paid from the 19th, customer kept up to date, and the vehicle has already been delivered.

Dear BBB,
******************* is our client and bought a vehicle from Copart (an online auto auction). The vehicle was only full paid for on 11/17 and our team assigned a driver to pick it up the following Monday however as his truck broke down, he could not do it. ******************* was made aware of this and that another driver was being contacted + assigned asap.
When ******************* called our office on 11/22 he was advised of the issue again + delays with order due to it also being a holiday + many yard/office closures around the USA due to it. ******************* got very escalated, began yelling about accruing storage fees, and refusing to allow any explanation.
******** have reviewed the phone conversation ******************* had with our office and no threats were made in his direction. Rather our team tried to find out whether he had any other problems that needed to be resolved (as phone connection was not the greatest) and worked to address them.
******** also assigned a new driver to pick up on 11/27 as the auction was closed Wed 4pm until Mon 8am and advised that storage fees would be covered at the auction by ********.
The client did not refuse this + requested a refund in the BBB complaint.
******** issued a full refund for the shipping order today.

Sceen shot 2 is where they passed my money from ******** to Autobidmaster. Claiming to be to separte entitied in the purchase process

They have passed my money to Auto bid master which they claim is a separted company they are holding the money as a deposit

On December 27, 2021, I purchased a 2018 ****** Corolla from Copart auto auctions, and I paid $1006 to ******** in order to ship the vehicle from LA/*********** to *******, ****. I sent them the vehicle title and gave them my information and address in order to export the vehicle to my county. However, a lot of delays happened with ********, and the car arrived in ******* on June 16, 2022.After the car arrived in *******, I was contacted by ******** to pick up the car from their agent in *******, "********** Projects." However, after I contacted ********** Projects, they told me that ******** never sent them the car title or copart invoice, which are both in my name, and told me that ******** never told them that the car belonged to me. After I filed a complaint against ********'s agent, ********** Projects, in ****, it appeared that ********** Projects entered the vehicle at the port of entry with a fake invoice and a title that showed ********** Projects as the owner of the vehicle and not me. I tried to contact ******** multiple times to solve the issue, but they didn't respond at all. On the shipping order page, you can clearly see my information under the "Consignee Information" and "Document Mailing Address" sections (pic below). So how come ******** didn't send them my invoice and my information? The car is still registered to ********** Projects, which is causing me a lot of damage. Their agent forged the invoice for the car and changed the price, the name of the owner, and the address to his name.I am still awaiting a response from ******** and am writing this in the hopes that they will respond properly and in good faith before we have to go to the next level.Business Response

The customer has an outstanding balance with our company dating back from March of this year. Until that amount is paid, the goods/vehicle cannot be released (as services must be paid for prior to a release being issued).
The delays occurred due to unforeseen circumstances however the situation was rectified plus compensated for on our end.*Customer had submitted a previous ******************** complaint for that issue which was immediately reviewed + resolved.
For matters outside of *******, the customer must contact the local agencies directly, however until the outstanding balance is paid with our company, a release for the vehicle cannot be issued. Documents are mailed after all outstanding balances are paid for - the customer is aware of our Terms and Policies.

I am rejecting this response because:Regarding the claim that I have an outstanding balance with this company, the case was closed and decided in my favor ( proof of PayPal's response below). Also, in this case, I'm demanding the release of the vehicles and documents of my 2017 **** Taurus and 2018 ****** Corolla, which have no outstanding balance at all with ********* I have paid them the full price of their service (invoices below).
Regarding the delays, the situation was never rectified, and I have never gotten any compensation from this company (proof of invoice below).
********'s agent, "**********" claimed that ******** had sent him my vehicles' invoices under his name and not mine and that ******** had changed the titles of my vehicles to his name.
I hereby declare that I have never authorized EasyHaul.com LLC and its employees to act on my behalf as my lawful agent and attorney. I had never authorized them to signing power of attorney, titles, and bill of sales and any other documents to comply with all regulations set forth in the 19 CFR Part 192 section ***** on behalf of me. When I placed my shipping orders with ******** I was told by their customer service that the *** will come under my name (screenshot of this conversation Below).I had already contacted U.S Customs and Border Protection to investigate this matter.
It is well settled that there can be no valid and enforceable carrier's lien on presently transported goods for a prior debt. In other words, if a lien defense is available to the motor carrier, it can only be asserted against currently transported goods for current freight charges that remain unpaid." Each transaction effectuated between a shipper and carrier is viewed under the law as separate and distinct. Consequently, if a carrier asserts a lien on goods for a past due debt in the middle of its delivery route and refuses to deliver goods until such debt is paid in full, such act of dominion by the carrier over the goods is considered an illegal act of conversion by the carrier. The act of holding freight hostage will constitute a breach of contract. A breach of contract provides a legal basis upon which I can justifiably sue ********* I also would like to remind ******** of FMCSA Policy on the Suspension of ******************* for Hostage Load Violations, 77 Fed. Reg. ***** (Oct. 18, 2012).
I have placed the shipping orders for my 2018 Corolla on Dec 27, 2021 and my 2017 Taurus on Feb 3, 2022 and to this day of Dec 22, 2022 I have not received any of my vehicles or their documents. I'm severely damaged by this and I herby give ******** a notice of dispute. If I don't receive my vehicles and their documents by this Friday, I will take legal action against *********

None of the vehicles were registered in the name of the agent/company in **** but rather, that customer has still has not paid the clearance commission and also the amount of internal shipping in **** yet.
Hamood has been presented with many opportunities to resolve the matter as well as presented with our Terms & ********* ***************** Agreement, and Notice of Dispute process - all of which were ignored.We certainly hope this sheds light on the situation as the customer is refusing to pay for allotted amounts set by separate agencies as well as accruing late payment fees for non-payment of outstanding balance to ********.

BE AWARE!! This company has fraudulent practice of charging upfront then they do not provide any services and keep sending more invoices to provide any service they send me in total 3 invoices one for $2,929.00, one for $705 and another for $1,855. I paid all three to transport an electric vehicle internationally and they keep asking me to pay a 4th invoice and no guarantees to schedule pick up services. I asked to cancel a a refund and they are now asking me for a void check, who ask for a void check to issue a refund? Only scam artist!! Hello,
The customer placed an order for an inoperable electric vehicle with export to ******. The order was placed for shipping via shared container (consolidation) however there are many restrictions for shipping hybrid/electric vehicles that way. The customer was quoted additional as he requested an alternative method to shipping, which was RORO. The updated cost was provided to him along with the request for payment.
Customer requested a pick up date (Dec 6th) and was advised we'd work to meet that goal, however payment must be received in full. A few minutes later the customer escalated + asked for a refund.
A refund was issued in full to him yesterday (11/30) and we have no further dealings with this customer.The matter was resolved as per his request.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BEFORE READING REVIEWS, IT WILL CHANGE YOUR DECISION!!booked ******** to transport a motorcycle from ** to IA. The bike was picked up on the 30th of June with a scheduled delivery day of July 4. I knew that wouldn't happen as its a holiday but after it didn't arrive the 5th I called the driver who informed me the bike would arrive the following day, the 6th. The 6th came and went with no bike, tried calling the driver several more times with no return call and their VM was constantly full. After calling the main company I was told I would receive a return call which also didn't happen. The next day I receive an email saying they were sorry but the driver had "complications" and that my bike was at a "secure storage yard" pics included. The pictures show the bike outside leaning on a large piece of construction equipment with a chain wrapped around it...the bike is now 8 days past due for delivery with no end in sight and no more information from ********. I have contacted my attorney to help sort this out and sadly from what he tells me I think legal action will be necessary.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! wish i could give them 0 stars. My attorney is also looking into filing a formal complaint with the *************************** which I guess is the governing body for transport companies.Now they are leaving my bike in philadelphia!! save yourself the headache and trouble and go with an actual reputable company!!Business Response

The vehicle was indeed a week past the delivery date, however the client was updated as to the reasons for the delay. Vehicle was also at a gated and secure yard being stored at no expense to the customer until the complications could be resolved with the carrier.
We notified him on 7/11 that we are working on having the vehicle re-assigned + delivery made asap and our team will keep him updated. Photos of the motorcycle were attached.
Client threatened litigation + attorney and began leaving negative + defaming reviews everywhere along with verbal harassment of the representatives.
We provided the customer with an update on 7/12 that another driver will p/u his vehicle today and will deliver on 7/15 + asked to confirm that and if he's proceeding with legal counsel then a full refund will be issued as client is breaching the agreement. Client failed to respond in time + continued harassment + threats of litigation so a full refund was issued + location of the vehicle provided to him.
We certainly understand the clients frustration with the delay, however we apologized for the delays + any inconvenience caused, provided photos of the vehicle, accepted responsibility + assigned another carrier to p/u and deliver your motorcycle by the end of this week, and offered a discount for the inconvenience.
As client did not accept and breached the contract we elected to cancel the order and issued a full refund.
