    Placed my order online withAlaskan Harvest Seafood. Used my cc on October 30,2023in the amount of $209.95 the monies was charged to my account and I still haven't recieved my seafood. I have called everyday, no one answers the phone and there is not a voicemail box available. Emailed several times Qutoe" I'm on the road and I'll get back with you ". His name is *******************- that is who I was communicating with on the emails. I haven't recieved any more emails, nor my seafood.

    Bank said that this is a fraud order!

    It was not shipped due to that and we have contacted the bank in question

    if we get a response from the bank we will ask them to refund the customer in question.

    I am rejecting this response because: If the bank thought it was fraud, why did they allow them to be paid in the first place? And why did Alaskan Harvest except the money? This has been going on since I made the dispute with US Bank, 11/09/2023. If US Bank thought it was fraud, why did they release the money?

    Not sure what any rejection could be in question.

     

    We did not ship anything because the bank informed us that the order is a fraud and watch out.

    We told that to you earlier.

    We also told that we contact the bank and have the send any monies that they might have collected back to the consumer.
