    Very similar in many respects to the earlier review on the BBB site, we are also in the midst of getting the run around (similar to the complaint about a year+ ago). When trying to call the *** or have email discussions for remediation, there are a series of unanswered voice messages when you call the number they post, long delays in email responses once you try a different technique to communicate, and eventually remarks about all the research the *** will do to investigate. Then, you need to sit down and prepare yourself that YOU, as the customer, must not have stored or prepped it properly which disqualifies you (in the *** opinion) to a reshipment or refund.In the end, you have to eat the fact that you just paid a person who setup an *** in ****** $500 for severely distressed product that goes right to the garbage can.

    Horrible service!!! Can't get a response and when my seafood arrived 9 days after it was shipped( paid for 2 to3 day) it had no remaining trace of dry ice and smelled like canned pet food. Inedible and one mention of a refund and all I'm getting is the run around. Excuse after excuse. First weather then holiday then all *** fault. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Only one star because none wasn't an option.
