    I think the have a great business model that benefits arborists, gardeners, and environment. It is a win-win for everybody. Scheduling process is simple, and my wait time was one week. This was the second time I used them. Will use again for sure.

    May 23, 2023, I received a huge load of fresh pine wood chips in my yard.No damage to my yard from the vehicle.I had to renew my account several times, but eventually I received a load.It did not cost me anything and there are a lot of folks in ******, ** that probably requested the same.Several months ago, a neighbor told me about Chip Drop and I put in a request for a load.Chip Drop will send you and email asking if you still want chips, just respond ' yes '.I highly recommend Chip Drop.***

    Chip drop was fantastic! We had a great amount of clean cedar mulch dropped. Ususally when we get mulch everywhere else, it is half dirt. The driver and helpers were very courteous.. Thank you very much, you get a AAA+ in my book.***

    The worst service I could ever imagine. I feel so exploited, they advertised wood chips on their website and what I got was yard waste and now Im having to pay out money I was trying to save to have this waste removed.

    First time using this service and i'm very pleased! I put in a request about a week or so, and received a call from a very nice man who said his driver is 10 minutes out. Showed up on time and emptied the load quickly. Good quality chips also. Definitely will be using them again.

    Terrific service! I have done this three times now, and each time I get a delivery within a few days. I asked to be texted before delivery - they do, and they follow up if it's not delivered on time. So customer service is very good. What an amazing free service. Gentleman who dropped the chips was also very polite and made sure he put them in the right place. Yes, it's a lot of chips - a LOT. So buy a wheelbarrow and be prepared to spend a few days moving it. Yes, it's some effort, but it's free and no plastic bag waste!

    I have had experienced 3 successful drops. One with a neighbor and 2 with me. I am extremely happy with both the product and the customer service. The loads were quite large and high quality. One load did have it's fair share of sticks in it ( looked like a vine might have gotten mixed in there) but it was definitely under the 5% of the load required. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend and I have!
