    I placed an order from chip Drop specifically selected to not receive any logs. However, the arborist dropped off an entire *large* tree's worth of logs with my mulch. I contacted both the arborist and Chip Drop several times without any resolution. I've had zero response from the arborist and one initial response from Chip Drop asking for photos, which I had already provided, and then was ghosted. I do not in any way recommend Chip Drop to anyone.

    Great experience with Chip Drop! We needed some chips for a landscaping project on our yard and received a ton within a week. Probably more than we need, but we were able to share with some neighbors. Will definitely use this program again in the future and recommend to others!

    Great experience with chip drop. I was doing landscaping for a wedding that is taking place on my property and requested chips. I received clean chips that were easy to spread and finished all the landscaping before winter. They delivered where I asked and i would use them again anytime.

    I have had around 8 chip drop deliveries over the past couple of 3 years and have always been satisfied with the quality and dropping of the mulch requested. Not all has been perfect but if you exspect perfect and request perfect you probably will never get a drop. I have never recieved large amounts of limbs or logs unless I said it was OK to have.Nothing but kudos from me.

    Excellent experience. Ordered one day, received the next. Dumped exactly where I specified online. Chips were clean. Will use them again on another project

    A native plant gardener's delight! The drop we received, as requested, contained mostly chips, and some logs. We requested ramial chips (wood chips mixed with leaves), and our drop contained a huge portion of exactly that, plus an assortment of medium size logs that are the perfect size for making garden bed borders. Several of the logs had a lot of mushrooms on them (yay!), which is awesome because we're interested in learning more about foraging mushrooms so we're looking forward to figuring out what kind are on the logs. The company who dropped the shipment off was professional, tidy, and 100% respectful of our property. This is our 2nd drop with Chipdrop, and we couldn't be happier!

    Great experience in **. Good clean wood chips with some leaves and small stick pieces work great for our pollinator lawn. Delivered where we designated a couple of weeks after we signed up. Would use them again.

    We needed mulch to cover large areas in our backyard and ChipDrop delivered within a couple of days of signing up. The guy from the tree service (Arborwise) was very polite and friendly. He dropped a load of wood chips right where we wanted them. Thank you for a great service!!!

    I signed up for ChipDrop and got exactly as requested. Their website explains very simply what to expect so there are no surprises. So far I have reordered 2 times. Expect to reorder many more times Love ChipDrop.
