    I believe this company is part of a scam that messes up new construction after building inspection complete, then charges consumer for service calls to fix issues once new home built. I have tried working w company to resolve, they refuse. Entire neighborhood has same issue. Believe they garage door opener they set to same frequency to allow access to homes when homeowner not around. Please investigate. Extra inspections necessary in new homes and all service calls.Managers refusing to correct issue are: ***** ******, **** ****, ****** ******* and especially service manager ****** who may be actually using a false name.

    This complaint is factually inaccurate and should not involve Central Oregon Heating. This customer is making ******** accusations against us that have no basis in fact and continues to harass our employees both at our office and in public. Unfortunately, we believe there is a misunderstanding between the builder and the customer, and we are not the correct company this complaint should be filed with as we did not perform the plumbing work from which the issue arose.  Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing &Electric (COHC) was subcontracted to provide and install the **** system in the home, ********************************************************  97756.  Central Oregon Heating,Cooling, Plumbing & Electric was under contract with ****** Fine Homes.  The last time COHC was at the residence location was 2021. Since that date COHC has not been contacted for any reason to be out at the customers home.

    ****** ******* has made contact with the office personnel at **** trying to confirm that COHC performed both the **** and Plumbing for ****** fine homes. ****** was told it was only **** work and not the plumbing work which caused the issues.  ****** did state that she was not getting any assistance from ****** Fine Homes.

    For the residents to move into the home, for the new construction building all inspections need to be passed by the local inspector.  All Permits were pulled from the builder.
    ****** has made multiple trips into ****, making allegations about the builder and their staff.  Eventually ****** was asked not to come back to **** unless it involved her **** system as she was making our staff uncomfortable.

    As much as we would like to assist, we did not perform any work other than the **** system, have passed all inspections and have not been called out to the residence for any reason.  We believe this complaint needs to be addressed to the company that caused the problems.
