    Addcox installed two faulty ************ in my home. They did replace each one over the last year. They had *** from Lenox come to my house and promised me the moon and apologized. Ive been gracious and patient with this company. They have not completed my installation of this 3rd unit or repaired the damage to my walls inside and outside. They told me to wait for thermostats for two weeks. This was two months ago! Ive left voicemails, text messages and emails. No response. This complaint is an attempt to get them to finish my installation.

    This company is awesome! It's family owned and really good people. Quality work. They installed a system for me a couple of years ago and their team full of great people. I would always recommend them.
