  Good man. True to his word helped me out when I lost my original set of keys got lost and came with in hours to help me out. Definitely much appreciated would recommend to anyone in need of a key replacement or unlock. Big thanks to Tim

  This man is a liar. Steals from his customers. Over charged said we needed to pay upfront for items to be ordered and locks would be installed on 14th. He never called, never showed as promised, and refused to refund any money. He is a POS. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

  *** is the absolute worst customer service representative Ive ever heard! He threatened the police, talked down to my girlfriend because of her age, took a picture of her ID and practically shook her down for a $75 dispatch fee. This guy needs to be gone so he cant hurt anymore people.

  I got several quotes. First was $125. Fair but I wanted to see. This asshat quoted $150-$195 so I said thank you but Im gonna go with the first guy at Aeons locksmith. Owner said theyve a 10% lower price match & said it would be $105. Said he was ***** minutes out. He shows up 2 hours later complaining about driving from ******* andupset at the price he set. Said he charges a inconvenience fee. He made a couple calls just to let us know were not important. Hes perfect if you like being lied to & manipulated in a variety of ways. Hes fascinating to watch his various techniques and used law enforcement as a threat even though I complied with every request he made. Not sure why hed Risk his reputation over $20 dollars but he did. He acted like a complete a****** and there was three witnesses. Two recording. If I do not get my $20 back with an apology and acknowledgement these recordings will go viral viral. He could have chose to be a better human but he chose greedy, dead eyed zombie, garden variety sociopathic asshat. He said he was getting a electric flying car. Maybe itll run out of charge and h*** fall to his death. Or choke on his spit and die a horrible death. We record because this wasnt our first rodeo and people like this clown are starting to out number the good people. Everyone must know your a compete asshat based of youre one star rating but Im going to make sure of it, Ill tell ya that much. He had to lay off because the police heard what I said about complying and hes just being a d*** as well as he noticed the recording. He had me sign while he was on the phone with the police before I realized he was a compete d*** He wrote a receipt up and sent it the next day. It said he charges $398 and I was given a discount and end price was $125. He never said $398. He yelled about how I can trust him because hes bonded. Lol. He called to verify I was quoted $125. **** and not upfront about why he called first locksmith.

  Purchased a fob. the one he brought with him did not work so he said he would get another one. I paid him $110.25 and that was the last i saw of him.Does not respond to phone calls or emails.Terrible customer service and they do not allow reviews.Gee how strange!!!; I guess all the plus reviews are bogus.How can i get my money back.

  Horrible communication and customer service. They were not upfront with all the fee's when I called and ask what they charge for a key fob programming. They could of easily scanned three fob I had first and told me it wouldn't work for my car, but choose to do the programming first and when that failed only then they scanned it. They could of saved a lot of time, effort and saved me some money by doing the scanning first. In my opinion this is horrible customer service and they are only chasing the money. Maybe this is why there is no way to leave a review on their web site or *******
