      Was in an accident and needed a tow. Was asked by Marion county fire if there was a preference of tow. Advised Marion county that the owner of the vehicle was on her way from around the block to figure out her preference. BC Towing towed it anyways and relayed to ** that Marion county asked them to tow it. Spoke with all parties and information was relayed that they didn't tell them to tow it at all. The driver took it upon himself I guess to just tow it. We had AAA and could have just had it towed to the house a few blocks away, instead being advised of over $800 to get the vehicle out. Was also told that even if they were to tow it to the residence it still would have been $600. Would have been free with our AAA.
