    Car towed 9/29 at 6pm. They told me it would be ****** to release if picked up before 6pm on 9/30. Arrived at 2:45pm and they said NOW it was ******.

    These people are crooks! They practice predatory towing tactics, they stalk people who are broke down in a jam, they lie, and are out to take peoples vehicles and property. They are unlawful. They will tell you they can only accept cash, illegal! ****** law states that they must accept all forms of payment. They would not let ** have our personal property back.

    Worst towing company I have ever encountered, they STOLE MY TRUCK! it was an Illegal tow and I feel they should have got arrested for such irresponsible actions. they should have done their due diligence to have researched the request of the tow , sadly due to such unethical and response in BBB claim. I have chosen from not wanting to pursue charges to seeking for someone to be held responsible for this.
