      I was looking to purchase an enclosed cargo trailer and put down a $250 deposit. We did not agree on the final price as there were additional costs that I did not agree to pay for. They informed me that they would not remove the costs and if I didn't agree to them that they would have to cancel my contract. I agreed to them canceling my contract and returning my deposit. It has been almost two months now and I have not received my deposit back. Every time I call or text I get a different excuse. I was dealing with ***** at the ********, **. location

      Purchased trailer November 18, 2023 to haul a side by side 4 *******.On the second usage with the trailer about 1.5 hours north of ******* the trailer lights went out. I had to stop at a truck stop to buy emergency lights because it was night time. I fixed the lights because I will going to us the trailer a few days later and couldnt take to trailers plus to fix.On December 26th I went out of town towing the trailer. I stopped in **********, ** to get fuel. Upon stopping i went to be sure the 4 ******* was still secure and that the trailer was ok. I did a complete walk around the trailer and noticed the spare tire at an angle and the support bar was broken that attaches to the trailer. The metal they welded the spare tire mount to was cracked. I had to bend the spare tire off and place it in the back of my truck. If the tire had broken off the trailer driving down the freeway it could have caused a major accident if it had hit a vehicle. The metal they use of the trailers are thin and substandard. ( that is my major concern is the safety of the trailer and not having items falling off and hitting other vehicles). I proceeded on my way that day. The trip i was on was a 550 mile trip. When I got to about 2 miles from my destination the trailer lights went out again. I spent about 3 hours during my trip to fix the wiring. Upon inspection of the trailer i noticed the wiring was run between the from and the axle. The trailer had to bottom out and crush the wires and bent the cross support beam. The leaf spring are sub standard to allow this to happen. I told them i want my money returned and they said all sales are final. There quote to me we Unfortunately would not be able to give you an answer to that since all sales are final and you did purchase it on 11/18 which is over a month, but we can definitely get it running perfectly for youThe trailer was built with substandard materials and low quality. Especially if a the spare tire almost broke off.

      On oct 11, 2023 I Went into trailer plus and bought two hubs for my trailer . Said to the manager that I need a 1 1/16 inch hub got home and found out that it is a 1/16 and 1 3/8 inch bearings inside came back to store talked to manager and said that this is the wrong part and told me that it is right . My trailer spindle is 1 1/16 inch and that I dont have and never said that I had a 1 3/8 spindle he proceeded to get mad and said that there would be a 20 % restocking fee and I said that before I left with my son and parts that the manager said that there is no problem if it was wrong that I would get a full refund so I am standing there with parts still in box said that direct words from him in front of my 15 year old son that ( dont put fucken put words in my mouth ) I said that you dont cuss in front of my son and he proceeded to call his manager and told them that his quote to management ( Im loosing my cool hes a irate customer ) after he already was angry before calling or I was interning the store I asked for the return and he said no . I called corporate many time from 12 pm to 430 pm by 430 I had talked to corporate and said it would be resolved . I got a call from the manager from the Salem store he was rude and angry still but said he wanted to apologize but he wouldnt because he said that I said things that were not true . The corporate and the manager has said that I need to return the hubs that I bought in cash ****** to the business and I would receive a check in the mail 2 weeks to 3 weeks . As a customer I told them that I will not return them to store without a refund immediately witch I paid in cash that I will not give them without my money . I would like this resolved in the matter that the law states that a customer deserves if return of the merchandise

      We bought a brand new dump trailer on August 3rd 2022 and we used it for the first time on August 9th and we were driving on the highway and the driver side from tire came off from the axle while we were driving. We had to call a mechanic to come haul the trailer away back to a shop to get fixed. that cost $900 CASH. We reported it the the dealer where we bought the trailer and emailed pictures and have not heard anything back. We just want to get reimburse for the $900 that we had to pay due to a manufacture problem. We paid *********.
