      Everything was great until after my purchase. I then traded my motor home for a trailer from a different company and needed to cancel my extended warranty. I've been trying since Aug. with no call back after leaving multiple messages. I've tried all avenues to get this matter taken care of and they will not call me back. I've contacted the other company that carries the warranty and they say Johnson RV has the only authority to take care of this matter for me. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The people I have spoken with have been rude and condescending. The practice of putting it off hoping people will just give up is infuriating.

      We bought an ** from here two years ago, a k*** on the stove has been broken since the beginning. We have taken the ** *************** numerous times over the last TWO years and somehow the stove never gets fixed. It is still broken, we get the run around and we fear the warranty will expire before we actually get anything fixed. The stove component is important in an ** and we do not want to mess with leaking ***********. They sure are attentive until after you buy the **, Buyer beware.
