    1 star for the simple fact that I have had a good experience in the past. Be aware of what you are paying for. I paid for an upgrade of my fuel system and was told on a handshake all the parts would be new. Upon pickup, my vehicle had issues that it never had previously. I soon found out that it would now cost another $8400 to "repair"other new found issues. This was supposed to be a turn key upgrade. My vehicle had no issues before dropping it off for the $5000 elective repair. One big problem i have is that a parts kit was marked up 300%. Another problem is that i was told all of the parts would be new and i was told by the owner himself that they used remanufactured parts after the fact. Not to mention they tacked on another $1600 for parts not previously mentioned Long story short, my vehicle is now 70 miles away at another shop that i trust. They found no reason for the $8400 repair i was told would solve the problem. I would never recommend this shop to anyone ever! I feel cheated and ripped off. Im already in correspondence with 2 other shops as well as the manufacturer of the "remanufactured" parts that were installed on my vehicle. I was told by Pro Automotive that they use reman parts directly from the manufacturer and both of the the other shops i have been in contact with say that they have never seen a reman part like the one that was installed on my vehicle (spraypainted). Dishonesty from beginning to end. And when I said I would never bring another one of my vehicles in for repairs I was met with "I don't really care if you come back or not it doesn't matter either way to me" seems to me they don't mind losing business because theres going to be someone else they can rip off. I am stil waiting to upload pictures and correspondence from other shops and manufacturers of the parts that were allegedly installed

    took my truck out to **** for a high idle issue and some tuning, they had the truck for over 8 months the first time, ordered the wrong parts several times, blew my radiator up on the dyno and made me pay for it. they couldn't figure out the tuning told me it was ready to pick up, when i got there the head light housing was falling out of it, covered in dust like it sat outside for 8 months, low on coolant and didn't run right at all, tried charging me for a cold air intake i had put on way before hand and was made right by not charging me for my own cold air intake. nothing but issue after issue. i went to pick it up the second time and gave them the benefit of the doubt and drove the truck home from ******** to *********** with check engine and abs lights on truck wouldn't shift right and would still high idle and die. he sent a tow truck to my house to get it and told me it needs a transmission i told him that wasn't the issue and he insisted. another month later the truck is said to be ready i got out to pick it up and still isn't right, would shift right still idling high, i'm done at this point i ask for my money back and he refunds me 1200 dollars when he said he was refunding me 1500 out of the over 10k i have spent. couple days ago i go out in my shop to find over a gallon of trans fluid on my shop floor. i check the fluid and it's 6" over the full **** pouring out of the tail shaft of the trans.truck is currently being looked at by another shop, and stated they have check engine lights turned off so i cant see them on the dash, transmission settings are turned off, my truck has catalytic convertors which they have turned off. the new shop has documented the files im just waiting to get a copy.

    Current address and phone for this business is: **********************************************. phone is ************. I brought my vintage ****** RV here to ask for wider back wheels, to remove the fake double wheels that were unsafe. The owner **** told us those wider wheels were being discontinued and he would have spacers custom made to keep double wheels. He said $2k-$3k estimate. I said wow that is a lot but I don't know what else to do so lets do it. He said it would take 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and I didn't hear anything so I called for an update. I was told they would call me back. I called again the next day and the next day.... nobody would call me back. Finally someone called to let me know they were ditching the spacer idea and had ordered single wider wheels. I said will I have to pay for the spacers? He said no. I went in to check a few days later it wasn't don't yet but he did say my total was $1600. A few days later or so we called to see if it was done and they said it was done. We went in the same day to pick it up and pay. They made me wait around for **** to be available and **** said he wanted to charge me $3,000. He said his employee was wrong and that I was needing to pay for the spacers so he doesn't lose money. We argued and asked why should we pay for them if we can't use them. He didn't even offer to give us the spacers. So, in order to take our RV home we had to pay $2,500. He said the spacers were $1750 and the wheels $1600. He said he was out too much money and that he can't afford to lose on this project. He guilted us so badly and took advantage of us. We are extremely upset that he made us pay for his mistake. We are seeking $900 refund. We were guilted into paying an extra $900 for spacers that he kept that he said are unusable.
