  This company has done nothing but give us the runaround since day one. We had $8,000.00 worth of work done on this vehicle drove it less than ***** miles and it stalled for no unknown reason. We had the truck towed back to Pro-Diesel and was told that the injectors were bad. The work that we had just had done had included new injectors, new turbo, and new wiring harnesses. They said that the injectors that had been installed were defective and they would replace them at no charge. I made several calls to ***** Swarm and was informed to resolve the issue It needed a new motor for 35k that the compression was low. The compression check and the two cylinders were good prior to the work being done. We had planned to leave on vacation with our travel trailer but have had to drive our ***** SUV and get hotel rooms. Our Grandson is a College senior, his last year playing football so canceling our plans was not an option.The truck was able to be driven into the shop originally to have the injectors and turbo done but now mysteriously it doesnt run and they cant figure out why. I tried reaching out to the owner **** ****** but the call was directed back to *****. ***** commented it was hard to get him to sit down to get any answers. This business is Incompetent and unprofessional. Their customer service is nonexistent. They are far from PRO anything. I had it towed to another business for a second opinion within 24 hrs was told that it could be a simple fix he had the truck running suspected damage that was done by pro diesel. The past 3 months of frustration has allowed me to hear from numerous others and their experiences. The most appalling one was an elderly women wanting to have her deceased husbands truck repaired and was quoted an exorbitant amount that she was unable to pay, but they graciously offered to purchase the truck from her. My wife and I are both seniors so my question is maybe they thought they could pull a smooth one on us.???

  took my truck out to **** for a high idle issue and some tuning, they had the truck for over 8 months the first time, ordered the wrong parts several times, blew my radiator up on the dyno and made me pay for it. they couldn't figure out the tuning told me it was ready to pick up, when i got there the head light housing was falling out of it, covered in dust like it sat outside for 8 months, low on coolant and didn't run right at all, tried charging me for a cold air intake i had put on way before hand and was made right by not charging me for my own cold air intake. nothing but issue after issue. i went to pick it up the second time and gave them the benefit of the doubt and drove the truck home from ******** to *********** with check engine and abs lights on truck wouldn't shift right and would still high idle and die. he sent a tow truck to my house to get it and told me it needs a transmission i told him that wasn't the issue and he insisted. another month later the truck is said to be ready i got out to pick it up and still isn't right, would shift right still idling high, i'm done at this point i ask for my money back and he refunds me 1200 dollars when he said he was refunding me 1500 out of the over 10k i have spent. couple days ago i go out in my shop to find over a gallon of trans fluid on my shop floor. i check the fluid and it's 6" over the full **** pouring out of the tail shaft of the trans..................do not take your vehicle here unless you want to get screwed!!!!!!!!!!!!

  The company Pro Automotive diesel or PAD showed poor time management and organization with resources. Promised 2-3 months and took 8 months to complete with several unnecessary time delays. Over booked themselves and delayed my car from work two times both adding up to a week each. There were four (4) defects that were found by the customer several different times after PAD claimed it was ready for pick up. Failed to be inspected by assistant, main auto body repair tech, and supervisor several times with no improvement or learning from their mistakes. Customer dropped off side marker lights to PAD and they lost the harness that would go into housing. Instead of doing the right thing by buying and replacing OEM genuine part that was given to PAD, they instead ***** rig something similar to complete the task in less than 24 hours even tho no deadline was created to make sure that it was repaired the correct way. Customer was told that the car was ready for pick up only to give it back with a dead battery. Zero checks to go through before calling the customer. Plenty of excuses as to why they did not check. Overall I would highly recommend to take your money elsewhere because you will get an incomplete nightmare that takes months to resolve and receive, at most, subpar service making you question and regret the decision that you made

  A couple years ago, I got work done on my truck. It was for a 48RE stock transmission. The cost was $6,000, no biggy but still a surprise from other companies could do it for less at that time. Within a year it broke and they didnt honor their warranty. I had an insurance claim done and they ended up charging my insurance $12,000 for the repair. For a simple stock transmission. Which ultimately broke this year and Im not going back to them. I called another shop and they could do a stage 1 transmission for around $5,000, which is cheaper than the first transmission I got and it will be better.
