    They did not pickup today and when we called and asked they said my credit cart expired during auto pay and i am still using that credit card.. This is second time i am facing this issue. They should have atleast communicated if payment was not made and they claim it is not their problem. Very dissatisfied with this company

    This customer's account was previously on autopay. The last payment that went through successfully (on every other month billing) was 8/15/23. The next invoice went out on 9/25, with a due date of 10/16/23 and the credit card payment did not go through on 10/16 as the card on file had an expiration date of September 2023. An email would have gone to the customer on 10/16 notifying them that their payment failed. After the payment failed, a late notice (1st notice) was mailed on 10/27/23. A 2nd late notice (final 10 day notice) was mailed on 11/7/23. On 11/15 we also placed a courtesy phone call to the customer and left a voicemail for them. The bill was still not paid, and the customer's service was skipped on 11/21 due to lack of payment. The customer called on 11/21 after 4pm and paid their bill over the phone. Their service has been restarted for next week and we removed the restart fee as a courtesy.
