    Company is terrible to deal with. In the future if my insurance company USAA wants to utilize them for work. I will inform them to use another company. Their construction workers and all the labor employees were fantastic. Shame they have to work for such a horrible company. They were schedule to begin repairs March 6, 2023 after the original claim being January 20, 2023. They called and informed me that their repairman was sick. I said I have been waiting a long time don't they have other workers that fill in. They said you're lucky you have not waited longer. This being my first claim for homeowners I was unaware of having to pay the deductible up front. Until I talked to the insurance company I was unaware of this. They stated that they would send me to collections. Even though the work is still not completed and will not be until end of March 2023 possibly... Terribly threatening to a senior citizen. I always pay my bills. NEVER will I have them do work for me in the future.
