    I Ordered Custom Guitar picks (Order: ******) on 10/25/2023. It has been 3 months, and I have yet to receive the picks OR a refund. I have talked to online representatives numerous times, and this has yet to be resolved. I either want the picks I ordered, or a full refund. This is poor business. All I have been given in 3 months is excuses. There was an issue with the artwork, and I resubmitted. It is ridiculous at this point!

    The customer ordered a specialty material that has a 4-6 week lead-time. This material requires a hot-stamp die to be made. The original die was made and the design did not turn out due to it having small lines making up the letters. We contacted the customer to switch artwork. Our designers worked with him to come up with a new font that would work better. The customer was notified that it would take another 4-6 weeks for the new die to be created. Once the customized guitar picks were done, they were shipped under USPS 9405536105536257172594. Currently the picks show they have been delivered to the customer.
